I came in with no experience of snowboarding in hope to get bindings out on my board and they were extremely helpful and did it right away free of charge and were extremely helpful and nice.

I spent over $3000 here in the last month between all the kids and my wife and I. I visited this afternoon for my son to be fitted with boots and bindings for a board already purchase a few weeks ago. They were all out of stock. This is totally understandable, as these are the times we’re in, and is not the reason for the poor review. The way that the floor staff treated and spoke with me was completely unacceptable. When I was asked to please not be spoken in a patronizing and disrespectful tone he walked up to the door and opened it as to show me out.I attempted to speak to someone in responsible charge upstairs in the ski shop, but nobody was remotely interested in helping me. Simply disgusting behavior by a staff person towards a customer. I’m sure they could care less, as they already have my money. It’ll be the last dollar this establishment will ever get out of me, and I recommend people stay away.

My first visit ever was yesterday. I had gone in to look for new goggles, and the associate who helped me was knowledgeable, friendly, and an all-around nice person (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name, but thank you so much!). He helped me to stay in my budget, and explained a lot of things. I will absolutely go back for repeat business, and will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for snowboard gear!Thanks for all the help yesterday!

Good friendly ppl who are always helpful. One of the few remaining skate shops left in NH. Glad them been here for so long and I always look forward to go shopping there for my winter clothes, deals and boards!
