Lily is always very friendly and extremely helpful, as well as full of knowledge on the products that are sold. I find all the staff equally helpful and friendly. Lily takes it just a bit further though, and I find her customer service to be well above par. Thank you Lily! Very happy with my recent purchase of XROS PRO Vape pen.

I'm a regular at this store on the west side and the staff are great. They always remember me and usually know what I'm getting. I can't think of a time I had a bad experience with them

I love coming here for my cigs and vapes the employees are all so friendly and helpful especially Anastasia she is great always kind to you and tries to help you anyway she can and very knowledgeable about everything in the store you can ask her a question about any product and she has the answer Anastasia is the BEST!!!!
