One star is too much ! I got completely screwed when I purchased a"Partner Snore" bed... Not offered in anything but the King. False advertising ! Horrible customer service months of arguing, horrible results with customer service. Do Not Buy !It's really funny that I should get an email address to respond to. I've discussed my problem with the FALSE ADVERTISING of "Partner Snore" with Corporate, they have my phone number. They will not call me back. The store Manager was friendly, but has not returned my calls and Corporate has blocked me on Facebook so I can no longer express my issues with the public !

This review is about customer service in the store at the Mall of New Hampshire. The lady at the store was short and unwilling to help. We came in with real interest in getting a bed, but we left after 5 minutes of trying to figure out the bed settings on our own.

Closed for weather when the mall was not, and they didn’t up date their Google hours with a temporary closure. Drove 90 minutes for nothing. Very easy to update Google hours…

Best sleep of my life with amazing customer service who treat you like family. Have owned one of their beds since 1996 and only had to replace the parts once with relatively minimal cost.Highly recommend!

I have been a loyal customer for 17 years. I have referred many family and friends to this store. I have had my Select Comfort bed for 17 years.I ordered a new remote for my bed in August 2022. In September, I received an email telling me that this item was on backorder. I waited another month and contacted customer service to find out the status. The customer service rep (CSR) told me that the remote was still on backorder.I called Customer Service on December 5th and spoke with another CSR to get answers. The rep looked at my file and told me that the remote was still on backorder. I asked what the problem was. He didn't have an answer. I asked how the company was still selling beds if they can't get remotes that control the bed. He told me that the company tells customers to download the app and control the bed from their phone. I told him that our bed was 17 years old and we didn't have that option available to us. I told him to cancel the order and refund the money that was withdrawn from my account in August. This, in itself, is not protocol, as far as I know. Companies don't take money until the ordered item(s) ship. He didn't have an explanation for this transaction.I had a horrible experience with this company. I will never buy another bed or bedding from them. They have horrible customer service. No good explanation about what happened and offered no suggestions as to what we could do. If I could give this company negative stars, I certainly would. Buyers beware! They treat you well while they are selling you products. After the sale, they don't care.

On a recent Thursday morning my son and I visited the Sleep Number shop in the Mall of New Hampshire. We spent the better part of an hour in the shop talking to Lissany Richiez about Sleep Number beds, features, financing, and rewards programs. Lissany was wonderful to work with. She was personable, knowledgeable on all fronts, and very laid back as far as sales style; no pressure. I tested a smart-bed while Lissany operated the controls and explained features. It was a very relaxing and pleasant experience. In the end I purchased a mattress. It will be delivered soon. The shopping experience was excellent and I expect the sleeping experience to be the same. Thanks Lissany!

Started with a warm greeting from the associate and from there everything was amazing. We had two children 2 and under and the entire staff accommodated our family. While we were “test driving” the i10 my daughter was coloring with an employee and another associate was watching Cocomelon with my son. I was completely blown away with this experience. Hats off to the crew in the Manchester mall!
