Long time customer and depending on who was at the front counter determined the service experience. This last experience was the last one for us. This store can’t get its act together to properly service commercial accounts like ours. They send out incorrect pack slips and tell you it’s corrected on the invoice, but then can’t send the invoice on time. Good luck on accounting!Update: The response from Sherwin Williams corporate below tells me to call a customer service number. I did, twice to only get referred to a district manager. They did provide a number to call him directly. I have left 2 messages and no response. I guess the customer service attitude runs from the top down.

Really great customer service. They're out of samples till the fall, but he was very helpful showing the peel-n-stick sample selection and explaining how to order different colors.

This store is great in terms of having a variety of products for all types of painting products, what it lacks in is its Variety of sundries ( brushes, pants, wall patch, etc.) This is mostly due to the fact that they are a corporation and they won't stock competitors supplies. But they are relatively close to a Home improvement retailer that shall remain unnamed. All in all they are a good spot to get what you need. Always tell them you work for CertaPro painters to get a 15% discount! Just kidding. They will probably ask for a job name and address lol.

Damon was great helping me navigate not only through the new shopping experience (they are curbside pickup for right now) but also through trying to figure out the paint I needed for our project. And all over the phone! Great customer service - thanks Sherwin-Williams Williams team!

I love the new location of this store. It has adequate parking space and is easy to get in-and-out of the parking lot. The show Room is large and clean and neat. The warehouse is also very large and has an accessible doc for trucks. The staff at this door is very helpful and knowledgeable and very professional as well. If you are a homeowner or contractor, you should visit this store for all of your painting needs.

The gentlemen looked up the type of paint I had previously bought without making me feel like I was imposing on him. That feeling is huge to me.

Fast service? Hardly. I work for a large commercial painting company and this store in particular is horrible with customer service. Even ordering a day in advance a product they say themselves they have in stock and still takes nearly a full day to receive and we're less then 2 miles from their shop. Go to pick it up instead and it's usually on a truck headed god knows where before bringing it to my site after multiple reminders of urgency. Do not visit the valley street store unless your a mom and pop company or do it yourself painter. These guys have always had trouble keeping pace with a large fast paced commercial company
