There are very few items in Saver, especially for a large store. I was disappointed.
I didn't find anything of quality & everything was 300% higher than it was last year. Very sad place to go. ?

Thrifting is what I like to do. I donate clothes and household items that I no longer fit into or need and in return buy gently reused items instead of the crap they sell to us in retail stores. This being said, I stopped going to this Savers because they stopped having changing rooms to try on clothing. I won't bother going back until (or if) they have them back to try on clothing. Until then......

One of my favorite places to thrift. But, you need to have lots of time to look through the racks (I can’t go on my lunch break, I need more time ?). You’ll find some great hidden high end gems here, and most items are reasonably priced. Here are some great items I found at Savers in Manchester.

Went into this store on a recent vacation. Prices were amazing compared to the thrift stores in Raleigh, NC. The clothing prices were the best I saw on the trip. Had a large variety of items.

Donated 7 bags of really nice clothing, a box of books, a grill, a bunch of other nice items. And I didn't expect anything in return, it's a donation. But giving me a coupon that says I have to spend $100 in 7 days in order to receive 20% off...really? I remember when I'd get coupons for 30% off if I spent $50. It's hard when you love someplace for so long and it changes for the worse.

I went to Savers today with a SUV fiiled with quality kitchen items, a couple of like new men's suits and a ton of unique holiday decor. I was shocked when I arrived to see that the donations had to be lifted to a platform 5-6 feet tall. I asked the gentleman there for help and he refused. I am 5'2, 110 lbs and 73 years old. Such a huge disappointment!

I used to be able to buy the jewelry jars with a coupon. The prices keep going up and up, but THIS is almost predatory. Yes gold is high, but there’s no way these are full of gold (a jewelry person at another location confirmed they’re told to test for gold and not put in jars) and they can’t be returned once opened. The outrageous pricing is intentionally deceptive and disgustingly greedy. Buyer beware.

Y'all are seriously wild. You charge more than the Nike app for crusty, old shorts. Call it spenders already.

Found a VERY gently used book that retails new for $165 for $4.99 and a pristine ceramic ginger/garlic grater for $2.99.

Have been going to this location for years and have mostly had good luck and good experiences.I recently visited and found two pairs of the exact same pants (same size, brand, style, and condition) one was black, the other navy blue. When going to purchase these, I noticed the black pair was marked 9.29 and the navy blue pair was marked 10.79. I asked why the difference in price, and once the manager came over and looked at both pants, he said " the price tag on the black pair had been switched (although it was still attached to the pants and clearly had not been messed with)", the manager then removed the price tag on the black pair and said they were both now 10.79 each. Not only were they two difference prices, but now the manager took off the lower price tag to charge more?I was totally confused at this point, I was ready to make the purchase of both pairs of pants had they both been the lower of the two prices, which is what should've been done, but instead for a difference of $1.50 they lost the sale.To top it all off, they get donated these items, so anything they make in money is pure profit. Seems a bit ridiculous to lose a 20.00 sale over 1.50.

It is definitely a fun place to go thrifting.
