Purchased a brush which was on the shelf with $5 tag, with sales items, I grabbed it being happy for a deal, came home, looked at the receipt and they charged me $15. I never used it, brought it back to the store in Manchester, March Ave, on Sep 3, around 3:50pm, they didn't refund me the price, referring to a policy. When I asked to show the policy they said we don't know where it's written, we've been told by the manager.These types of nonrefundable items must be in the receipt or at a visible place in the store. Nevertheless even employees couldn't find the policy. I kept the $15 brush, which I don't even need, because I already purchased another one.

Every time I come here when they are open at 9 there is never anyone here. Been sitting outside with other patrons for 15 min... sad

I came to Sally's Beauty at 6:40 pm. It is suppose to close at 7 pm. The doors were locked. Two women were at the cash register cashing out. They refused to open the door. One woman screamed at me and said she had to "pick up her kid". How is that my problem. There were two of them so why was the store locked. Very unprofessional. But then I guess good help is hard to find

Amazing customer service from Ciara. Extremely helpful and answered all of my questions in detail and gave multiple suggestions! Gave me and my friends the rundown on all the deals and helped me find something I wasn't even looking for! She is very personable and a stellar worker! I hope I see her again!!

Have come back here a handful of times, and it's always missing at least one of the products I am looking for. They do have a good selection of nail polish though. There's a weird energy at this location with the employees, I don't like hearing them talk negatively about other customers. Managers need to cultivate a positive work environment. Shelves need a good dusting. The store is pretty small and it's difficult to browse the wares in the front because you'll be in someone's way. It would be nice if some of those products that they aren't required to keep behind the counter were easier to browse, or kept in a locked case where you could browse.

Even though the store has one associate, they have been doing a fantastic job! They are friendly, up beat and on top of everything. Yea, the store closes some days but who doesn’t need a break? I can’t remember your name, but you are killing it!

I guess whoever works there likes to close the store early because I showed up during their listed hours to grab some nail polish and the doors are locked. Do you close at 6:45 or 7? Because if it's 7 then you should have your doors open until then. Pro tip: if you want to actually make money as a business then you have to be open during your store hours. ?♀️
