The pick up black lady is very sad all the time . Never smile . It looks like she dont like to work there. She is very unprofessional.manager needs to improve customer services this location asap.

Very Disappointed in the customer service I received in the pharmacy today. The pharmacist was abrupt on the phone when I was calling about my prescription and telling me to call the other pharmacy and LITTERLY TOLD ME to tell the other pharmacist to "PUT A FINGER ON IT"!! I ask what that means and she said it doesn't matter just tell them what I told you and they will understand!!!!! I'm sorry..... WHO DOES THIS VERY RUDE NOT GOING BACK AGAIN!!

I've been getting medications filled at this Rite Aid for years, with very few problems. I find the staff are all pleasant people and kind. I believe they have my best interest in mind. I`ll continue with them for another batch of years, John T.

Everybody is so helpful. Shop here all the time!! They're a little pricey on a lot of things though, if you know your prices, you can get things cheaper other places.
