Donna remember my name as a first time customer and was very very professional while also being friendly and caring as well as funny. She interacted with customers better then I’ve ever seen before while also maintaining the line. Donna if you see this I hope you know the simple act of remembering my name from a few hours before really made my day. I can tell you truly care about your customers and people like you with a uplifting spirt make a difference in this world.

Very impressed with the quality of customer service I was provided by the pharmacist and assistants. They walked me through which meds I need for an upcoming procedure and even picked out all the specifics. Kudos to the pharmacist and staff - specifically Kathy, for such great service!! They only move with a purpose if you’re getting the plandemic vaccine or you’re a junkie getting a refill. The employees in the pharmacy are washed up and don’t know what they are doing.

I've found that, on more than one occasion, pharmacists have been condescending and profoundly unhelpful when it comes to managing prescriptions. I just had my medication transferred to a different pharmacy and don't plan on returning to this location again.

Kudos to my local rite aid on hooksett rd in Manchester ,NH!! I returned home from an out of state trip with a sling on my arm from a shoulder injury .I had no car as I had to postpone retrieving it from the airport parking lot and also realized I had left my phone charger at the hotel i had stayed at .I called rite aid and spoke to manager who arranged to have a charger delivered to my house which was close by !!I am thankful for the caring nature extended to me and have always found all employees there to be friendly and helpful ..This is going the extra mile which all of us could think about doing in these times of frustration and concern !thanks to Larry and his staff !
