I went to them to purchase an electric bike they told me they had one but it was in another store and needed a new inner tube they had me pay them ahead of time for the product that I did not yet have and told me that they would have it in 4 days the following Monday they were going to pick it up and put a tube into it clean it up and I could pick it up on Tuesday morning Tuesday morning came they didn't even have it in the store yet they never picked it up told me that they were going to do it that day and I could come in at 4:00 or 5:00 p.m. and get it. I could not do that because I had to go I work from 2:00 to 11:00 p.m. so I inform them that I would be by to pick it up the next morning. I called them the next morning and asked them if it was available to be picked up then they told me oh no it's got a 26-inch tire so we have to order that tube we don't have them in stock.. meanwhile they have me set up to where I have to pay of $80 something dollar fee where I'm paying $2,700 on a $900 electric bike.. and even though I still don't have this electric bike they want me to pay I have paid over a week ago and still don't have this bike these people are highly unprofessional and incompetent they hire people with no sales experience and no people skills the lack of competence in the disrespectful nature of the people at this store is ridiculous and I have never seen it before I do not recommend this store to anyone if you desire quality service and quality goods for your money do not I repeat do not go to the store on valley Street in Manchester New Hampshire

Not happy with the service I received from this store. I lost my job and asked for help in understanding until I got back to work. They over charged me with late fees and when I told them to just pick up the merchandise they gave me the run around and first tells me “oh it will be from 1-3 window.” Then a no show, “oh it will be 1-4 or maybe 1-5”. Just come pick up your over priced furniture already!!!

I don’t normally do reviews, but this one was well deserved. I pay for my TV bi-weekly, missed ONE week of payment, RAC Truck comes by my house to “repossess” my TV, was extremely rude and came into my garage thinking he has control over the situation. I understand that I am a WEEK (only one week) behind, and they come to repo my TV??? No thanks! I am returning the TV next week and will no longer be giving my business to rent a center regardless of location. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RENT A CENTER TO ANYONE! Just beware.
