As a person with a disability, my wheelchair and my hospital bed are very important to my quality-of-life. One Saturday night my bed broke. Fortunately it was not catastrophic, but I was uncomfortable for the rest of the night. Now, Kim at REQ is the person I usually deal with for bed issues, so I called the office Sunday morning and left her a message so that when they opened on Monday she would get it first thing. Well, never mind Monday, she called me back Sunday evening and said she understood how important it was to me and assured me that she would get somebody over as soon as possible to look at the problem. Sure enough, Monday evening a couple of techs show up, working overtime, and they take care of the issue. Talk about customer service! I've been a customer of REQ 20 years, and I hope to be a customer for 20 more, if I live that long. Thank you Kim and REQ!

Company is great … but the product NITRO DUET ROLLATOR / TRANSPORT CHAIR is very dangerous as transport chair. The 2 large swiveling wheels are extremely unstable.
The swiveling wheels wobble on the slightest irregular surface. If the wheels hit even a slight threshold they flip 90 degrees which could cause the chair to flip.

There was a time not too long ago I left a bad review on this site. The reason for that unfortunately was my problem. I was upset and angry, because of my life at that time, and I took it out on a company that did not deserve it. They have done nothing but bend over backwards for me, and they have always done the right thing. So I do apologize to the company and their employees

Three times I have had my mother's mobility scooter there three times for the same issue and every time I pay money and it still isn't fixed. I am now out hundreds of dollars and the latest response I got was that they've exhausted their options and there is nothing they can do for us. When I asked about the money I've spent so far I was told "it's just like a car in a garage, you didn't buy it here so we have no responsibility to stand behind the service". When I said that is not how garages work and that being a former mechanic I know. I was told " I'm not going to deal with you being belligerent and they were done dealing with me". Belligerent? Never once raised my voice or used anything other than a professional tone. That was just their way of trying to shut me down. Do not go here, they do not care!

REQ claims they have a large on-site inventory of parts, a trained team. Yet I went twice to see if they carried replacement wheels for a transport wheelchair. They could not be bothered. Not one person cared enough to check their inventory. Total waste of time.I will never recommend!!!

Been trying to do business with this concern for about a month now. My insurance and local grant will pay for power or lift chair and They are the only providers or dealers in this state!. Sent at least 3 emails to an employee that specializes in the sale of this product - never returned the promised e-mails providing specific chair information and even calls to set up time to come in to their show room has been ignored. Live over an hour away and have one family vehicle so have to plan such an outing. Very unhappy with them and which makes it even worse - the only one in my state to deal with.

If you have any family in the area with disability, you are more than likely familiar with this company. There has been more than one time I have had to use this company, and now I completely refuse. In April 2021 Jim came out to do an assessment for a home modification, he took down information but despite continued prompting refused to turn in the paperwork. He tried gaslighting everyone apart of the assessment process, shifting blame onto my physical therapist, and pompously stating that REQ has a monopoly on home modifications so we have to deal with it. The manager Carol called me and she argued with me some more. I cannot figure out why a company who hates doing their job, argues with patients and has a pompous attitude about it can still have monopoly over the disabled community.

Unprofessional and incompetent. These folks will spend days emailing aimlessly and get nothing done. The only reason why I called them was because apria coukd not fulfill order, and my MD's office took months to forward order. Just a littany of incompetent people working against my behalf. I send them what they need. Each day emailing a reason why something can't be done instead of just getting all info in one day. This last email at end of day on a holiday weekend was spineless. Now they won't do anything until i go to the doctor because its been six months since order was issued. They could have simply called MD to get and an update at which point they would have known i had seen the doctor 11/3. THEY HAD THE ORDER. Plus they took nearly two weeks to figure out a bogus reason because if this goes into the next year, i no longer meet my deductible and im sure prices will most likely go up. These people need to think really long and hard before treating folks like this.

I come here often, plenty room, pleasant staff, bring right in for appointments, honest don’t try push useless stuff. Large assortment of products. Waiting area, free WiFi for guests, flat screen tv to watch and vending machine. Kept very clean a plus for me

I've lived up and down the east coast. Being disabled with a constantly changing disease, it's important to have great techs that treat you not as just another client, but also like family. REQ does just that! They go above and beyond to make you feel like their #1 customer!
