Went here before and the guy was nice but the shelves barely had anything. Came back to get some braiding hair at 12:24 and no one was there when they claim to open at 12! I even called so basically my time was wasted

Was not open on time. 3 customers were trying to get in almost an hour after they were supposed to open.
