I went here to get a new car and Jeremy and Keith were both absolutely amazing! So helpful and so understanding. Didn't push me into anything and listened to my concerns and answered my questions without me feeling completely clueless. And did a wonderful job at helping me get the car of my dreams! I am so happy with everything, the car, my monthly payment, their service, etc. I will probably stick to getting my cars through them for sure! Made the process quick and stress free ! And today I got to drive away in my dream car. Thank you Keith and Jeremy you both are absolutely amazing

Asked for a call from either a warranty or service manager over an email regarding a dispute. And was told to call ask for a Travis or something ( no title ). This is awful customer service and making the customer do additional leg work to call and ask for assistance pretty much starting a dialogue over.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I've taken my Passat here for years for all maintenance, which has been mostly oil changes and inspections. When my Check Engine and EPC lights came on this weekend with performance issues, Matt, Jodi, and team got me in, even with an extremely full schedule and techs out on vacation.
When Jodi told me a part needed to be ordered, I expected the repair to take a few days, but they got the part overnight and fixed it a day before they thought the part would even be in.

Pleasantly surprised with my experience here start to finish. Showed up an hour before closing, on a whim. Got the ‘new guy’ Dakota and he was great. Manager Jeremy was great to deal with in person and via email as I thought it over the follow long day. Picked up my vehicle two days later and Devon and Daniel were great as well. Clean, professional and no pressure vibe. I LOVE my 2024 Atlas. Thank you!

i have always had a good experience here! i’ve been getting my car serviced for a few years, matt is always helpful & nice! i just leased a new car here, devon and jack helped me with that & they made it an enjoyable experience! highly recommend!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.
I recently experienced a recall issue with my vehicle and presented documentation indicating my eligibility for a complimentary diagnostic test and inspection. Unfortunately, the service department failed to provide the necessary assistance. However, I visited the Volkswagen dealership in Nashua, and they were extremely helpful and accommodating

Very disappointing. Advertise “Service XPress” on their website with listed hours. Show up expecting a quick and easy oil change, told I have to made an appointment. I mention it says explicitly on line it said no appointment needed. Then am told it’s not up and running. Please remove from your website…

This company and their service department as well as their customer service has been outstanding. Jody and the service department was very professional and helpful. We dropped our car off Sunday night and by 930 Monday morning. All services were complete. They are fast, efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend Quirk VW to anyone looking to either purchase or have maintenance done. Overall outstanding in all departments.

Had a great buying experience at Quirk. They have a large inventory and had the exact vehicle that I wanted. Could not have been easier from initial online contact to picking up my Tiguan.
Shout out to Devon in sales dept for making it all go so smoothly. Would highly recommend this dealership it was well worth traveling the hour and a half from Maine.

My ID 4 was in the shop for 64 days. I brought it in for an inspection sticker and to have the recall items addressed. The folks in the shop were unable to get the recall items address because the software kept crashing. I love the dealership and the team at Quirk VW in Manchester, but I am very frustrated with the situation.

Very please with Quirk VW of Manchester! Devon and Keith were very easy to work with, and made the entire process as seamless as possible. They were responsive to my questions, and made sure everything was perfect with my car. No pressure on extras, and other typical gimmicks from other dealers. Very professional. I would definitely recommend this dealer and these guys to work with!
