It's impossible to contact them to return a wrong part received. No phone, auto email answers, no way to contact them. Placed the order through CCC by VIN and got a different harness. Vendor Order: NHW382145. Just headache!

First, the Parts Depot in Manchester stopped accepting cash. Not the end of the world but nobody told me before I came in.. it was a minor annoyance but still not very professional. Based on further research I don't even believe that's legal, but whatever. Now you can't order anything except online. I called the dealership and spoke to somebody in their parts department and told him that I had been told by another location that they had a part I needed. He asked me if I had the part number to which I responded no. I offered him the vehicle identification number, He promptly hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional and you've lost my business now. I wish they would get it through their heads that nobody wants to deal with online ordering. It appears that the other reviews on here are suggesting the same thing. I have tried to use the online portal and it is a jumbled mess. Makes my job as a mechanic that much harder

Horrible customer service!! Order never showed up and can't get ahold of anyone. No one responds back to the email and no one in NH is in the chat, its always the MA branch on the chat.
Will never buy from there again******Update phone lines are off. Only communication is email or chat.

Item never received or shipped. No response from seller. Had to dispute the item on my credit card statement as a last resort. Pathetic fraud.

Tim, whom helped me online, was absolutely fantastic. He helped me find an alternator even though Quirk didn’t have one in stock. I would highly recommend Quirk Parts.

I ordered a fuel water separator from them.
You just looked at my email. It was ship yesterday. We'll be here on Tuesday. I've had no issues with this company. I see the comment from 3 years ago that was doing COVID.
So I think this company's back on track.

This company is scammers I got robbed like others who posted a one-star rating they only give you excuses of delays delays delays and then when you push it they send you the wrong part that doesn't even belong to your car the scammers and nothing else they don't even have a legitimate phone number no one to answer your phone just a recording do not purchase anything from this company again just thievery they should be closed and put in jail hopefully it'll happen one day they stole over $ 46 from me I reported this company to every agency possible again do not purchase anything from this company there are a bunch of frauds and nothing else

Folks, these are crooks. They charged our credit card $515.41 but never delivered the part, nor they sent us a confirmation e mail. When we called the next day, they told us part was damaged so they had to cancel the order. When we asked for a refund, they refused. We filed a dispute with AMEX. Our dispute was contested by these crooks. They told AMEX part was delivered and they provided delivery paperwork that showed a delivery address in Bangalore India. We are an auto Dealer Located in Fort Worth Texas. Please see attached delivery papers with Bangalore address. We filed a police report with Manchester Police Department for Credit Card theft.

I order a switch control to move seat The first thing sent was for passenger side. The second one they sent was for passenger side. If anyone out there has a secret way of speaking to this company, please let me know. About 7 weeks of this and nothing resolved. I sent the first one back month ago and still have not received a refund. Best of all, they send you the wrong thing and you get to repay a stocking fee. Wrong part was not ordered, wrong part sent.

Placed an order from them on 9-17-23.On 9-25-23 I inquired about my item that I haven’t received shipping info on and was told that “they couldn’t find the part but had placed an order for it but couldn’t give me a timeframe because of the “”strikes””If you’re going to advertise an item for sale, maybe try following through and not trying to drop ship items to make a quick buck.
