I scheduled an appointment for last Saturday to have the airbag light issue that popped up last Wednesday in my Forte. I knew I was approaching the end of my warranty in addition which is why I wanted to get in as soon as I was able to.
On Saturday when I went in to get my car looked at, I was told that they don't do diagnostic services like that on Saturday. They also pointed out my warranty expires that day. Of course it did, which is why I scheduled an appointment that day on a day that was convenient for me but as soon as possible. I asked if there was any way they could look at my car since, with the airbag light on, it could be potentially unsafe to drive. The gentleman I spoke to simply shrugged, said he was sorry and that there was nothing he could do about it. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed by how the situation was handled. I worked for an auto dealer for 2 years. Service should be looking ahead at upcoming appointments to ensure good customer service and to screen for these kind of appointments. There was nothing on the website that said they didn't do those kinds of appointments. There was 3 days between the day I booked and the day I had the appointment that they could have called me and told me that they didn't do those kinds of appointments on Saturday. Now I'm stuck with a car I have to try to make time for to have it get checked out, pay out of pocket for the issue instead of potentially having my warranty cover it and figure out an alternative way of getting to work in the meantime since I do not feel safe driving it. I don't have a lot of hope that the service department will solve this issue judging by their track record on previous reviews. At the very least, I hope they start checking their appointments ahead of time so no one has to go through this like I did. I would definitely go to a different Kia dealership in the future for service or any kind of recall.

Had my routine maintenance on my 2022 Telluride performed today. This is my third visit to the service department this summer. Each time we were warmly greeted by Haley and maintenence performed quickly and car ready before expected. Wish we had this level of service at home in FL.

Poor expectation setting and communication, bad prices compared to local autoworkers, rejected my warranty and made no effort to further communicate or make things right, refused to discuss the ongoing Kia Class-Action lawsuit or provide additional details there, refused to give advice or alternatives for self maintenance options, did not have rental car service available, did not offer pickup or drop off of vehicles, did not follow up with me on diagnostic service which I was told would take time, nor did they go through the trouble of scheduling follow up. Long delays in scheduling over all.
In total, just a bad representation of customer care. The "service center" usually feels tacked on to the Sales department but this one especially so since they are constantly trying to up-sell and wring every penny they can out of you rather than taking care of you or your vehicle.

Mirhad was fantastic! He made the process quick and easy and offered a great deal up front to speed up the negotiation processes. He was genuine and easy going and it made the rest of the process less stressful. This is my third car with Quirk and Mirhad has helped me all three times and he is the best! The service department workers at Quirk Kia in Manchester, NH I dealt with proved to be thieves. How? They robbed me of my valuable time, and not once but twice. The first time was on November 8, 2023 when I appeared for my 11/8/23 recall appointment for the installation of corrective, anti-theft software into my notoriously theft-prone, 2014, Sorento. I made this appointment after receiving a letter from Kia stating that they had solved the incompatibility issue with the 1st version of the corrective software that had rendered it as useless for Sorentos equipped with "remote start" capability. About five minutes after checking in, the female service representative (See photo) informed me that they didn't have the software that was compatible with my remote start Sorento; thus, they couldn't do the recall service. That was the first theft of the almost two hours of my time to drive there, round-trip.
The 2nd theft occurred on 4/3/24, when I appeared for a 2nd appointment, one set, after receiving a mailing from them stating that they now had all they needed to perform that recall service. Before I made this appointment, I phoned the service department and spoke with a male rep who assured me that they indeed had everything they needed to get the recall job done. Upon appearing for this appointment, the same female service rep I dealt with during the first robbery, told me they WOULDN'T do the work. Why? She stated it was because I had made a video recording, without the consent of the service manager, of the 1st appointment, one documenting the service rep telling me that they COULDN'T do the work. Said video, was made in a very public, customer waiting area; wherein, no expectation of privacy could exist, and in the absence of any signage stating no unauthorized recording was allowed in the areas accessible to the public; thus, these insidiously evil people knew, before I ever left for the 2nd appointment, that they had no intention of performing the recall service, and deliberately robbed me of my valuable time yet again.

After a less than stellar sales experience with a far northern kia dealer on our last purchase we decided to try it "away".
Matt S was excellent from start via text to finish in person at pick up a week later.
The product rep spent plenty of time going over the vehicles features, twice.
From start to finish this the least problematic most stress free vehicle we have bought to date.

A kind, professional, and honest place to buy a car. I highly recommend working with Matt to buy a car. Matt and Josh worked together cohesively to get us what we wanted. I drive away with what I thought I wanted and realized it was not what we needed. I was so nervous to reach out but Matt quickly responded putting my mind at ease that we would figure it all out. He loved yo to his word as we wrestled between models, colors, and pricing. Matt and Josh never once made me feel bad about changing my mind. They were professional. Josh was very thorough in explaining all car can offer. Matt was very honest about pricing. It was a stressful moment that turned into a great car experience. We love our Telluride! We will be back!
