“The crew at this U-Haul is awesome. Hector bent over backwards getting me set up to haul my trailer, and when it turned out I chose one way too small and went back, Jason got me swapped out in less than five minutes. Too bad I’m moving out of state - maybe these guys can train other U-Haul employees across the country? ?”
“I made a move from San Diego to New Hampshire, and returned my equipment here. The guy in california had given me wrong information which was going to cost me extra money. But the staff here was very nice and helped me out so I didn't get stuck paying the extra money. The return was quick and they were very friendly.”

“Was really happy with the service I received here. We got the wrong size unit at first and Rich helped us get into the right size one at the last minute. He was also extremely helpful with issues that we had with our truck and making sure we were able to unload what we had. Customer service was kind, and also very prompt with getting in touch with me and making sure everything was all set.”
