Well PetSmart, you officially lost my business forever. I received an email the other day letting me know that PetSmart was holding a puppy play date for puppies 10-20 weeks and I decided immediately that was how we were going to spend our Sunday afternoon with Dale. We got to PetSmart and went back to the Doggie Day Camp and Dale saw all those friends to play with and started wiggling his butt a mile a minute. We were SO excited!! We started to give our information to get him registered in the system and then the question came up, "What kind of dog is he?" Considering this is a PET STORE, I didn't think it would ever be an issue that Dale is a pit bull, but to be cautious, I said,"He's a mutt." The woman came around and started playing with him and kissing him and said, "Is he mixed with a pit bull?" So I asked her if that was an issue and she could instantly see I was upset and went and got her manager. The manager came out, took one look at Dale and told us they couldn't accept Dale. She informed us that PetSmart Corporate policy doesn't allow any type of pit bull in group activities.... excuse me WHAT?!?!! This is a FOUR MONTH OLD PUPPY and you are turning him away from an event that YOU INVITED US TO. All while this was going on, Dale was just looking in to the play room with all those puppies that were staring back at him waiting for him to come play. My heart shattered into a million pieces as I had to turn around and walk out. It baffles me how a pet store can promote, advertise, send me 4-5 emails a day, and happily take my money, but when I try to take advantage of an opportunity to socialize my puppy and give him a great day, I get turned away based on a breed restriction. But don't worry PetSmart, I will NEVER waste my money at your stores again. #LetDalePlay

I will file official complaint against this grooming department for lack of empathy and compassion along with lack of providing consistent experience from visit to visit.

we love bringing or puppies here, especially in the winter month. they always have our food/treats in stock!

This is the rudest place that supposedly cares about animals. I went there to ask about having my cats nails trimmed, and the girl was like, "You need an appointment, and it will be up to the vet to find time. I'm not sure why they offer the service! And it's outrageously overpriced! We ended up doing it ourselves. My next-door neighbor just informed me that she just had the same experience, but the girl was even ruder towards her. She was asking about nail trim for her dog, and the girl said I will ask," and the other lady screamed and said No!!!! She could see what she said and would never come back, and I have not been back for anything. I will not go to petsmart again. You need to hire animal lovers and not just a body to fill the void!. The associates at south willow st, Manchester, NH are horrible and very, rude.

Unfortunately todays experience was totally unexpected. I have been bringing my dog here for years . She’s a 14 year old Pekingese and in August she had a minor stroke . She has no after effects of the stroke except sometimes if she is picked up suddenly her equilibrium is off and she wants to roll over . I attempted to put these notes in my booking online but the site couldn’t save my notes at the time . I arrived at the appointment and mentioned this to the groomer at which time she consulted with another team member . They refused to take my dog saying they did not have the ability to groom safely . Needless ti say they didn’t even check her out to see that she is perfectly fine . They recommended I now have her groomed at a veterinarian.I’m very disappointed to say the least .

This is my favorite Petsmart to shop at. All the employees here are so helpful and truly do care about their costumers. Sky is one of the managers at the Manchester location and she is the nicest and most caring person. On multiple occasions she has made my shopping experience amazing. She knows a lot about the different species and the products/ food as well. Its always nice to see a friendly face every time i go in there to shop :)

For the price they charge these days I should NOT have to fix multiple mistakes and entire missed areas they didn't even touch that I specifically asked them too. Absolutely ridiculous my dog looks mediocre at best. There's a reason I pay for a groomer and don't do it myself in the first place why am I paying for half a groom???

Not very happy with their services lately and going in 25 years called for a prescription for my dog that's not doing well and was declined they need to see him the dog is dying 94 pounds can't get them there I don't give a shit about anything but the Bach

Grooming: Took the 3 dogs to the groomers, One dogs was great! One was ok, still needed a little brushing. But My third, His penis area is still crusty with mud, his inside legs are still crusty and his ears are still funky, They told me they couldn't blow dry him cause he wouldn't allow it.... And said they brushed him..... does this look brushed?! Tried to tell them I wanted my money back and they said no. Because One was nippy, yet he was fine When I followed up at a self grooming station at petco, he was fine with the groomer there under the dryer & when she tested out brushes (to see which I needed to buy) So idk....I'm pissed I wasted $120 on half ass jobs. And highly don't recommend.

By far the worst groomer I have brought my dog to and I generally don't leave reviews. Scheduled an appointment for 12:30, dog sitter dropped him off at 12:15. Called at 3:30 on my way home from work hoping I could pick him up without waiting. The grooming department answered the phone and said "the groomers busy today" when asking how the dog was doing and when he would be finished and refused to give me an ETA. Showed up as this was the second time they had been unprofessional, the first time my dog came home with fleas from this location. Lisa the assistant manager continuously told me it was my fault and that the dog had a 4 hour grooming appointment. Then 450 comes around Im still waiting for my dog he comes out with the groomer and had a massive black gray spot on his black. Tiffany the groomer, trying to play dumb, said oh he didn't have that before he came in? No he's a golden retriever lol that has been here a few times. States their dryer shorted out while he was being groomed and I could bring him back for a wash, after the way they handled him I just washed him at home. Saw Lisa the assistant manager before I left about the dryer concern and she couldn't even look me in the eyes. I will never bring my dog back here and i'm concerned for those of you who do bring their pets here.
