Went there to inquire about watch straps, the gentlemen who was in charge of watches was very un enthusiastic about my watches and where I bought them, I did not have them with me I was simply just asking questions and just felt like a total burden. I expect a salesperson to be enthusiastic and happy for me even though it was not a purchase from there store, they should be happy I even came inside to ask question and look for something even as simple as a strap. I would look completely past this place and head down to bellman’s jewelers on the same road. They are very nice and make you feel important even if you are just looking around. The women working at this store were very nice to me however I did not speak to them.Overall, bad vibes from this place and I would stay away. This guy should just deal Jewellery online

The lady who open the door telling me it was appointment only when it’s not on the list it on the hours was very rude and did not want to allow me to come in because there was two people in the store. I was there looking for a Rolex drove an hour had no idea that they were appointment only and did not want to even think of accommodating me. Terrible place I have plenty of friends spend lots of money I will never recommend anybody good luck.

Only place to buy jewelry. Honest and down to earth. Great place for custom engagement rings.

Had a great experience looking at and purchasing jewelry for my wife. David took the time to educate me about the various choices and created a relaxed environment for big decisions. By making an appointment, we were able to get his undivided attention for a full hour. Great place and a great guy. Earned my trust and I will be back.

Can't seem to figure out when they are open. The business website says they are open, but the gate is usually locked and the lights are off. Must be heading to retirement because the customer, or customer experience is not important to them. They are closed more than they are open, and are now on two week summer vacation.

If you don't want to be a retail business, close your store and deal on the internet. Your business model is absurd.

Pearson's came highly recommended by a good friend of mine who knows his watches, and I am so thrilled I heeded his recommendation!!! I brought my VERY worn 7 year old stainless Movado I have worn almost daily in for a polish with very low expectations given how severely worn it was, yet it came back looking like NEW! Outstanding craftsmanship, great service, fair pricing, and just great people all around! I couldn't be happier! If you need sales or service for your beloved timepiece or jewelry, Pearson's is a true GEM!

Dave took my idea for a ring that I had been wishing for, but haven't found anywhere. He listened, then he began to draw. He designed my long-hoped for idea of a ring! I am so thrilled to see my dream ... my imagination ... made real. What an artist. Also, the price was incredibly great ... he even added larger stones because he thought it really needed them, but didn't charge me for them. I was taken back ... but ... I will always go to him from now on. I went there because my husband has been going there for a long time and I keep hearing about his experiences. So glad to have that kind of creativity and customer care.

Every time I stop into this store there is something new and exciting in the estate department! The store owner calls the estate case the "Magic Box" because the deals are magical lol. I'm not sure I would call it magical but there is always something interesting to see. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.

I became a loyal Pearson's Jewelry customer when I visited with my father over ten years ago. We were looking for a special anniversary present for my mother. When we didn't find what we were looking for in the showroom the owner David went into the back for what he called the “Magic Boxâ€. From that box he pulled out an antique amethyst and ruby necklace and earring set! The set was beautiful and unique, a truly one of a kind find, the price was lower than what I would have expected. From that moment on I was hooked on the one of a kind treasures your can find in this store. Since then this is my jewelry store of choice. From my engagement ring to everyday sterling silver pieces, I can't count the number of times I have purchased items from this store. Everything is excellent quality and reasonably priced for the quality you are getting. Best of all my purchases included a complimentary insurance appraisal! If you are looking for a jewelry store in the Manchester area make this your first stop, you won't be disappointed.

I've been a customer of Pearson's for almost 40 years. My parents were customers before that. It has been in the same family for 3 generations. In that time I've always received excellent customer service, expert advice, and fair prices. Recently, my wife sold them several pieces of jewelry and received a good price from Pearson's. She then commissioned Pearson's to do some custom jewelry. They designed a beautiful ring and necklace with stones from her older jewelry, and the finished pieces were perfect. They suggested adding a tiny emerald to the diamond teardrop necklace. When we told them that my wife's birthstone was garnet, they showed us a a green garnet! We didn't even know that such a thing existed! It was added to the necklace and it is beautiful! Bottom line; Pearson's is a Top-of-the-Line jewelry store with great service, a thorough knowledge of fine jewelry, and high quality merchandise.

What a RIPOFF! I had a necklace I wanted to cash in due to gold prices being so high and they advertise they will buy your gold. I went there, the male salesperson came up with a figure that was 1/2 of the price I calculated when I did it from home except I didn't have my calculations.....I then went to another jeweler - Susan's Consignment Jewelry - the next day and they gave me $300 MORE for my necklace and took a fair 15% commission. I left an irate message for the owner to call me which he did and he explained that since he can get away with buying gold at that rate....he does! DO NOT EVER GO TO PEARSONS FOR ANYTHING!!!! PEARSONS IS A CROOK!
