The workspace is a Osha violation waiting to happen with safety hazards everywhere you look. The lack of coordination and professionalism made every job rushed and full of problems, that get hidden in the end due to lack of money, knowledge and time.The owner will sell you a dream, but the reality is riddled with excuses, lies, disrespect, and favoritism for his fav employees that bring the company production down regularly. Besides 1 guyKeep your distance from this place if you value your health, safety and wallet.

Excellent service and great prices. They delivered a credenza to our new office which was accidentally missing a shelf. I hadn't noticed until their delivery personnel showed up with the missing shelf. They had made a special trip to deliver it without being asked. Very pleased.

With COVID extending remote working, I thought it would be best to find a little better desk that I got on Amazon but reasonable. I found Office Alternatives online and I submitted for 2 quotes and Taylor was quick to respond and answer any questions I had. I headed there today to look at the desk choices and was so impressed with Taylor's professionalism, understanding, and making the process fun. The showed me even more options to ensure I was picking the right desk for me and then made the check out experience amazing. Jeff, who is in charge of setting up the delivery, was also quick to call and get me scheduled. He was incredibly polite, professional, and made the experience effortless. I would highly recommend Office Alternatives. Not only are you getting a range of office furniture to choose from, you are going to be working with some amazing folks.

As a new business opening up last September 2015, I needed attractive furniture at reasonable price points to set up a productive work environment and conveyed the kind of "feel" I wanted to develop for the new property management business. As we looked at various options, we ended up at Office Alternatives. While they had a lot of used equipment ranging from fairly recent to somewhat dated, we ended up with their Margate line of conference tables, a credenza and a couple new desk chairs. The furniture was delivered efficiently, on time and all set up. However, we subsequently found an issue with the credenza (It wouldn't close properly). Anyway, Office stepped in to address this situation, ultimately replacing the unit. Now, months past the initial purchase, the furniture looks great. My clients appreciate the look and feel of the the office and I can honestly affirm that Office Alternatives has a great selection and committed to customer satisfaction.
