Always amazing choices. They also offer a large clearance section. Only complaint, my daughter wears size 11.5 or 12 and Off Broadway doesn't have this size often. Same thing for size 15 for my husband.

Good selection. Almost no size 9 mens in any of the high top styles. Otherwise I would give a 5 star. Staff was nice.

They have most of your mid-range brands. I was looking for a more designer brand they didn't have. But generally a good selection. Rewards program earns discounts.

Love the selection at OBS. Staff are very friendly. We've been able to order shoes and have them delivered to our house when they were not in stock.

Had a great variety very clean!Let me start by saying we all vent while at work! BUT my issue is with a certain male cashier. If you have complains or want to vent about a client do it when there aren’t other customers around to hear you! We’re all entitled to our opinions but there’s a time an place for everything. Especially when your loud, VERY loud!!! It’s a major turn off!

Mixed selection of shoe quality. Cashiers were not professional. Rather, they were rude and not intelligent with their job. Floor associate or manager John was helpful but not so much that it will erase the negative experience with the cashiers. Service and quality at DSW around the corner is much better.Would give 5 stars for their out of stock options for ordering online with free delivery and the floor associates helpfulness.

Normally really love this place until I recently returned a worn damaged pair of shoes, they did right by getting me another pair but was upset to see they tagged them back up and put them back on the shelf to sell as new hoping no one will notice the damage

Products are great. Vulgar and lazy employees. Not so great. Young employees swearing standing around being less than helpful. Three for the shoes. Zero for some of the staff.
