I used to be a regular at this place and always received excellent service. However, my recent visits have been disappointing. The new manager, Tammy, has made me feel unwelcome. It seems she might have something against people with my skin tone. This is unfortunate because the other staff members continue to be friendly and professional. I hope the management addresses this issue to restore the welcoming atmosphere I once enjoyed.

(Was bullied and being accused) i never had a problem with any of the workers but today I saw a worker I don't think I've seen before and was picking up shots with my friend as usual. The girl checking me out today was super rude. I'm almost 24 years old and showed her my driver's license and then she unnecessarily asked me for my birthday which I ofc answered suspiciously because my birthday is on my DL. While I was answering she was looking at me suspiciously. Like I don't like to be accused of things when it's so unnecessary. I'm almost 24 and already feel old. I will be going to a different wine and liquor outlet because she was being mean and unprofessional making me feel like she was accusing me of being underage or something. Really disappointed how she was acting. I have a valid driver's license and walked out after I paid for my shots frustrated with such an obnoxious reaction. Didn't even ask for my friends birthday when he cashed out. I honestly felt bullied and my friend was also upset at how she was treating me. We were joking about her all day tbh.

I have yet to see a liquor store in the state of New Hampshire that wasn't clean, well organized, and run by folks who are spectacular.

Went inside with myself and 3 other black cousins. Employees watched and followed us around. Refused to sell us liquor. Each of us were over the age of 21 and we only wanted to buy 2 bottles. We could show them 2 physical IDs and 2 other IDs on the phone. They refused it, got crazy with us. No one was helpful in the store overall bad vibes. A person outside suggested another liquor store with more affordable liquor and actual service that is both friendly and welcoming. Honestly this place was a waste.
