Picking up our rental at the Manchester N H airport was a breeze! the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Within 5 minutes we were out the door, picked out our Altima, and headed out of the parking deck.The car performed admirably on the windy New Hampshire roads, easily parked, and comfortable for 4 passengers with luggage.Will definitely use National for our next rental requirement!

Many cars were available on the Emerald Aisle at the Manchester, N.H. airport, even late on this Sunday night. All seemed in good shape. Check out and return were smooth and quick. We were impressed. Good job!

Renting a car from National and at the Manchester airport was probably the easiest and best experience I have had renting a car! My car was clean and nice and was ready when I got there. Returning was super easy too.

Rented from National at Manchester-Boston regional airport . I got the car I expected, no lines, no waiting. The car was in great order and everything went smoothly. My comment here is how great the staff was especially CINDEY at Manchester regional airport if you have been in the rental area, in the fall, the place is crazy, cars everywhere, yet several of the staff both coming and going, went out of their way to say hi, to offer advise, to make a quick joke - it was great.Thank you cindey

Excellent, friendly customer service at this location. I use the Emerald Aisle which had a good selection of vehicles but had an issue with some billing due to corporate policy. The team at the MHT location got it resolved for me. Everyone from the checkout booth to the return check-in person were friendly and helpful. A special shout out thank you to Tabitha.

Once again, I am dropping somebody off at the Manchester airport at national car rental so she can rent a car. I pulled my car over to the side so I could help her with her bags. This older gentleman comes out and starts yelling at me that I cannot park here. I explained I’m not parking. I’m just dropping one of HIS customers off and helping her with her bags. He continues to yell at me in a manner that absolutely should not be tolerated. I don’t know what is going on at this airport however, every single staff member that works at this airport whether it’s a Airport staff or now the rental car staff in my experience has been nothing short of rude, disrespectful and intolerable. The morale needs to change. This is terrible lack of respect for people in general at this location is regurgitating. The only thing that will come out of each interaction is a loss for future business. I will not spend my money anywhere I’m treated disrespectfully. There is a certain way to go about things and every single interaction that I’ve ever had with the security staff and now the rental car staff has been uncalled for, disrespectful, and outright embarrassing for the customer I am dropping off and for the company this person represents. Kindness goes a long way. And I have to believe that upper management can change this. But I also can’t help but determined that the entire morale for the staff members here is set by someone or maybe a team of people. And if that’s the case IT NEEDS TO CHANGE!!!! There’s no reason for a person to treat another person so disrespectfully no matter what!!! I would NEVER treat anyone that way or speak to anyone in the manner in which I have been treated at this airport!!! I do believe that there should be a more in-depth training on how to deal with people in certain situations because these people are NOT trained to deal with people at all.

Rachel at the Portland ME jetport location was fantastic, helpedme resolve a booking issue on my part. Super friendly, super helpful. I always book with National and its because of employees like her. Rachel gets the meaning of service.

We were hoping to find a minivan for Sunday but there were none available. I think her name was Lexi, did find one but then we were told they had some reservations for minivans so it actually wasn't available. I was totally fine with that since I didn't specify a vehicle type.It turns out they were able to find enough available to let us get a van but I was impressed that you take care care of your customers that made the effort to request a van and happy they found one for me but I would rather not get one than to take someone else's.Makes me feel like I'll get what I request when I absolutely need a specific class of vehicle.

I've been renting from National as part of a corporate program at my work. I've also joined the Emerald club. I pick up my rentals at my local airport. Having the Emerald club membership has been awesome. The cars available have been pristine, and very low milage. Counter service (when I need it) and return check in folks are the best....I highly recommend National.

This is my go to National Location! I have used this location dozen of times. I prefer this location over any of the Massachusetts ones. Most cars are less than a year old and they are all in good condition. Usually they have great inventory. Staff is friendly and professional. Very well managed!

Employees are very professional and even though had to the counter to pick up car it was 60 seconds or less. The only thing that horrified me was the man screaming at the agent in front of me yelling at them "but I'm executve elite and it get whatever car i want" nearly bringing the poor girl to tears as he kept yelling it over and over. This is the second time i have seen a National Customer yell at at an employee because they they are executibe elite and are misguided that they can get whatever they want from a free rewards and loyalty program.

When I attempted to pick up the car I had ordered, that size was not available. Joe was extremely helpful in locating the size I needed in just a few minutes.
