Staff here are my kind of people. Friendly, authentic, helpful, validating.If openly displayed tattoos feel unprofessional to you, you night want to visit a different office. But I felt right at home.

Apparently the staff is uninformed about their products and rebates. I was told I would be getting a $300 rebate on my contact lenses by a staff member, after inputting all my data on the rebate website, I was informed there is no rebate. Not a happy camper. Hard to trust a business that doesn't know their business.

MyEyeDr on 87 Elm, St in Manchester has a top notch staff. From the receptionist to the Doctor everyone is incredibly personable and professional. Highly recommend this office.

I do not recommend this location. Not only was I left in the waiting room during my appointment for my eyes to dilate for over an hour (typically takes 20 mins) but once my contacts were shipped to the location, they called me on Saturday that they had arrived and by Monday they'd returned them to the manufacturer.In the meantime, they offered to reorder my contacts for me and have it shipped directly to me, expecting arrival in 1-2 weeks. I was told they would not be able to provide a tracking number to me and they would also order in additional trial pairs of my contacts to fulfill me until the order came in.2 weeks later, I have received no calls from the EyeDr location for the trial pairs. I've called the office to find that "they were delivered" by USPS. I have received no contacts on my end and have been checking my mailbox daily. After trying to speak with someone at the front desk, they then informed me that deliveries aren't guaranteed and typically only happen 90-95% of the time and that it just so happened it didn't work out for me. If I had been told that I spent $226.00 on contacts without a guarantee that they would be delivered, I wouldn't have taken that option.The staff then told me they would offer me a 40% discount on reordering and I have no other options. I provide my card number and am charged. Again, no receipt OR tracking number is sent to me despite asking. I go into the office today and get the receipt and I find I have been charged the retail amount - 40%. I used my insurance deductible on the original order so I essentially have thrown away not only my own money but the insurance company's money by going to your location. They then told me they don't have the authority to alter the price.At this point, I will have thrown away $225.60 for the new contacts and $226.00 for the original pair that was not actually provided, totaling $451.60. I am truly so upset with this experience and how I have been treated throughout the process.The overall demeanor of the staff is "not my problem" - which is not something I'm looking for in eyecare provider.

I had a very positive experience with my eye doctor. Dr. Cunningham was excellent, and so was the staff. All did a great job. I received my new glasses after 12 days, and I am more than pleased with them. I have already given recommendations, that if you need glasses , you can't go wrong with my eye doctor. I will definitely return

I would never go back to this place again. The manager is so rude to the staff; and she thinks she owns the place, the way she talk to them. I felt uncomfortable. They need a better manager

I went in in Feb for a comprehensive exam and I only wear contacts. I did not get a contact fitting/prescription as the dr was referring me for LASIK. Said I could just come back in and get fitted. I was not told I had to do this within 5 months. They will not credit me anything towards a new comprehensive exam and want to charge me another $238 for the prescription I need. An waste of the Feb exam and monies spent. Per “MANAGER ANITA” this is not something we can do.They can do something, they are choosing not to. I would not recommend my eye Dr to anyone after this. Appointment tomorrow at BJ’s optical.

This was my first time visiting my eye doctor (Elm st location), and the staff were very knowledgeable! The store manager in particular Charlotte when above, and beyond to ensure not only my glasses were functional but stylish as well.Charlotte was very patient with allowing me to choose the glasses that best fit my budget and insurance. With this being my first experience at the store, I would certainly recommend to family and friends to come and have a great experience!!
