I was able to get new glasses that fit my face so much better than the ones I had purchased in January at this location. Kacee D. figured out how to make it happen without costing me anything ! She made it easy peasy.

I needed a simple screw repair on a pair of glasses I bought there 3 years ago. Andrea Carrese couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and quick. She took care of my needs and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

I drove an hour to this location with my 1.5 year old son for his glasses check. When I went to check in they told me they had cancelled my son’s appt because I didn’t confirm the appointment. However I did confirm his appointment with the link that was sent to my phone. The lady at the front told me something may have been going on with the system and the confirmation I did online didn’t make it to them. She also informed me that they cancelled my appointment and filled it with another patient. Therefore my son no longer had an appt. She stated that she “tried” to call my phone to notify me but I checked right in front of her and I had no missed calls. Apparently her call “ wasn’t going through” but I got plenty of other phone calls that morning. They did send me an email at 9:18am (1 hour before his appt) notifying me of my son’s appointment being cancelled. But I was already ten minutes into my hour long car drive so I did not see it. Absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately this is the only place that covers my son’s insurance but I’d rather pay out of pocket than have to deal with them again.

Update, I got a call today 09/26 that my glasses were finally in. Great, I drive straight there to get them. I thank the staff (They have all been great) and walk out to my truck, put them on and the left lens fell on the floor. SMH Brought them back in and I'm told they may have to remake them. Let's see how much longer I have to wait.

Went for an eye exam yesterday. Excellent experience! From the greeting at the door when I went in to the minute I left. A clean, professional place. Dr. Remillard was excellent! Had a ton of degrees on his walls and was extremely informative, friendly, thorough and explained everything in detail to me. His assistant ( I’m sorry I forgot your name) but you apparently were also extremely well educated on all the different machines and tests you put me through as well as documenting every detail of what I said about what’s going on with my eyes. And Sarah, wow are you patient! You’re quite the saint to deal with my pickiness about what glasses I want. You’re very sweet and made me feel like you really cared about how I felt in new glasses. I’ll always come back to your eye place at 2075 S Willow St Manchester. Thank you all for making my experience a great one! Julianne Vigliotta

I've been a patient here for years and have chronic dry eye. I called today for a refill on my script and because the Dr. I used to see left, they would not call in a script for me unless I pay to come in to see the new Dr. when I was just there at the end of March. They just list a customer. I'll go elsewhere. They list a patient for the last 20+ years.

The eye dr Epping nh used to be good until you took over. Delays in getting glasses outrageous prices pushy sales people (it's a doctors office they shouldn't try to sell you things you don't need) terrible inventory and they order the most expensive lenses without even explaining what you're getting. Really bad customer service. Asked questions was given incorrect information. My whole family is done with My Eye Doctor!

I went to this practice for 19yrs before it became the new practice. My prescription wrong, delays, can't see out of glasses went back twice, done.

Dr Webber is always friendly and helpful. The eye glass department manager is also very friendly and knowledgeable and doesn't feel pushy to sell stuff.

This place is clean professional and we felt very comfortable with all the staff. My son has autism and they made him feel really good about getting his new glasses! Thanks so much for the great service deffinetly reccomend.

My husband recently went in for an eye exam and employee: 030285 flat out said my husbands medical insurance would not cover the exam. So I told her I had vision insurance and I provided the name (because they don’t provide ids) and she “tried” to call them which she was on the phone for a second and hung up. Now I know my insurance is open on Saturdays so she lied there. Second she didn’t ask for my social to look it up, I felt as if she assumed we did not have insurance. It was clear she did not want to assist us because she was able to find the person after us insurance information with their social. It is disappointing, I will not be going back. It is too bad because the doctors are great and Gil the salesperson was awesome. Would not recommend unless you’re willing to pay out of pocket.

The worst experience ever I had my eye examined in January 29 /24 The dr rushed the exam to the point that he didn’t care if I couldn’t see the letters because he said when I had difficulty seeing”just guessed” like he was annoyed. When I got the glasses and couldn’t see I complained and asked for a new exam the manager Elizabeth told me that because of my history vision (didn’t explain) was very difficult to change the prescription I insisted for a new examination which I got and this time the dr said that I had cataracts and send me to an specialist When I talked to the manager Elizabeth Palazzo I let her know that I couldn’t use the glasses with a wrong prescription and that I wanted to return them she said that she was going to call me in 48 hours with an answerShe never called me back; then I tried to reach her but every time I called or went to see her she wasn’t there or was sick or was in a meeting After 2 months trying to talk to Palazzo one staff male person talked to me and told me to go to the specialist first and then they will know (?) My question is why should I pay for glasses that I can’t use because the dr failed doing his job By the way the first time I saw the dr I told him that I believe I had cataracts and he said oh! no you aren’t ready for surgery but in the second visit a few days later I developed cataras ?My feeling is they just want to sell glasses with out respect or responsibility to the customer.

I came here to say double check to ensure they have your appointment before leaving. No record of my appointment when I arrived. Upon returning home I checked the PDF I had on my desktop. Right Date, right time, right location, yet I was not in their system for an appointment. Seeing so many others have had the same issue, I say triple check.
