“I'll explain my situation, and tell you how this experience went. My landlord that I was renting from, gave me an eviction notice of February of 2023. I was looking for housing just north of Concord, NH to as south as Hooksett, NH. With the limited market that we were in as the market started to slow down. My realtor gave me the contact of Chris. At the time I was trying to work with Rocket Mortgage (they were absolutely terrible).Within three days of calling Chris, we met and got pre-approved on a loan. As a first time home buyer, Chris took 2 hours out of his day on a Saturday to go over all of my options for loans and what amount I was pre-approved for. Anytime I would find a potential home on Zillow, Realtor, or any other website, I would send it over to Chris and my realtor. He would promptly send over what they price breakdown would be with certain percentages down, Interest rates, closing costs, etc. I didn't want to to go look at homes and get disappointed if the home was outside of my budget.Because of Chris and his team, I ended up closing early on a home in December of 2022. This whole experience with them has been nothing short of flawless.
