Unfortunately due to Covid, a two year storage decision turned into 5.5 years. The folks at Morgan, top to bottom, made it soooo much easier than it could have been! Incredible that after 5.5 years there was no dust or mouse poop or anything to complain about. The stuff was in much better shape than I could have hoped for. Office staff always lovely to work with. Thanks to Laura, Jen, Don, Dan, Stephanie, and all of the supporting players for making it easier for us!

For at least 10’years I have been doing business with the morgan’s . They are outstanding humans have great facilities give back to the community and are a pleasure to do business with!

Would recommend and use again. They are Top notch with limitations. We loved storing here: it’s clean efficiently run and no vermin. For small scale storing (5x5) it’s ideal. Downsides? Access hours are very limited, and larger storage areas are only accessed by an ancient freight elevator that you have to operate. I feel it is dangerous. Plus if someone else is using it on a different floor you are out of luck cause you cannot summon the elevator. Staff is pretty cool overall

I can't give this business facility enough stars, on cleanliness this facility is very well taken care of and safe. The location is convenient and accessible, and very easy to get to. The manage, Rima is absolutely wonderful to interact with, she addresses any questions or concerns promptly and always goes above and beyond to try to accommodate your requests or needs within reason. The pricing is very fair and they offer many sized units. I highly recommend Morgan storage! They also have 2 other locations in the NH area.

Morgan Storage is tops. Priced right, the facilities are well maintained, but the difference is the people, -not just the Morgans, who are able to "think outside of the box", but their (Salem NH) staff: Don and Rima. They communicate with the customers very well; emails are answered/phone calls returned promptly. Communication is the key for good customer relations, and Morgan Self-Storage has it!

They charge more $ than they quote. Then they require a 5-day written notice prior to picking your items up, then charge an extra month if you go past your pick up date by just a few days. Make sure you check your credit card statement!

Heated storage, clean spaces, friendly service and competitive prices. I was in and out multiple times in my 8 months of storage, always a friendly staff member to assist. Doilies are available. A bathroom on site. Multiple entry points, they unlock for you.I recommend Morgan as a quality storage unit.

I rented studio space here for 5 years. It’s a great facility, with lots of spaces, ranging in all sizes to meet the needs of artists and musicians. Updated security system and cameras allow renters to keep their equipment in their spaces, knowing it’s safe.

Terrible prices, shady management, generally unpleasant to deal with. Do not rent here if you are in a band as they will begin to enforce mundane rules right around the time they want to kick you out (even after renting there for 5+ years). I can confidently call this the worst business I've personally had to deal with. Oh and the giant centipedes that you'll find there? They bite.
