This used to be my number one gas station to go to. However, now when you go inside, you cannot breathe, due to the amount of smoke caused by Incense being burned. It is not just one, There is enough to make the entire store smoke filled! I have gone in there before in people are waving their hands in their face coughing, some people just end up walking out and probably going to a different store because it is that bad. Incense is not something that should be burned out of workplace when you work with public. Some people have asthma, or other lung conditions, some people can’t stand the smell of incense or anything, highly perfumed. Incense should be left at home! And if it’s a cultural or religious thing, then keep it to a minimum, at least or maybe keep it in the break room. I have stopped coming and using this gas station since this has started because it’s just too much, I remember seeing 10 of them burning at once, there was smoke plumbing from the aisle it was laying out on and all the ash was all over the floor, it’s a little much

Guy inside the store is a scammer. Swiped my card outside and it wiped my balance completely out and gave me no gas. Went in to speak with the clerk that said it would go back on my card right away after 5 minutes. Waited in the store and it did not return my balance. Tells me to go call my bank on a Sunday after business hours. Then seemingly will give me $10 worth of gas, If I come back the next day and pay $10 after his pump took $74.32 and no gas.No signage indicating this will happen or you can't use the outside pumps

10/6/23, 5:00 pm, was told by employee that I could not use the restroom as it was too dirty. Made no effort to go clean it, despite fact station was empty besides me.Went to Dunkins instead

It's a hot day to someone without a car (70°) so when an old homeless man went and bought waters, went outside sat down a minute an drank some water. Clerk came out grabbed his water threw it and told him to leave he isn't welcome.. and he's racist too heard him referring to African Americans as the n word and saying he hated the George Floyd protests because he's another black man it didn't matter don't go here
