It is a spacious laundromat well lit and clean. Plenty of various size washers and dryers
I love that it is coin operated AND runs on an app (I never have cash) so this I perfect.
Opens early and stays late for total convenience
This past weekend I left my clothes overnight in dryer as I was out and in the am I noticed as I walked over visible one dollar bills apparently was in jeans and also my debit card was in the mix and assured me that my clothes were not gone through or even approached
There is a number to contact for help which I used after a machine didn’t work and was immediately called back and refunded!!!!
Love this location and use before equipment in my complex and rather than the laundromat one min from my place.

Terrible!! Disgusting and poor hygiene. No staff on site. Floors needs to be cleaned. Has a terrible smell all over.

I called to report about a couple of machines that were not working properly. The message on the answering machine said to scan the QR code and upload a video of the problem. I had already switched my laundry to another machine so I couldn't take video, but I decided to leave a message anyway to let them know about their broken machines. To my surprise they responded to me through text and issued a refund through venmo. It seems they really do care about their business and their customers. Thank you for your attention to the matter Kelly Street Laundromat!

Has a pretty good experience here today!! My washing machine malfunctioned, so I reached out through the help line they have posted and I received a response from Jeffery right away. He had me text a pic of the problem washer and he came right out to give me a refund and to put signage on the broken washer. He was pleasant and easy to work with. Also, the machines work well and don't cost a ton.

On 12/30/23We won't come here again. Your patrons felt the need to confront my wife. Video tape her on their phone last night while kicking her twice in the stomach.Wow, no response from the owner. This just confirms the type of places this is!

Dirty store. Equipment needs to be fixed. Or market as do not use. No personal to assist. Dryers are rusty inside.

After a hot swassy day this is the best place to wash your sweaty clothes. Always clean and can always find a new clean machine to wash my stuff. This is the best laundry place in all of Manchester. Don’t go anywhere else.

Not a bad place to do laundry. When I was there, there wasn't a bunch of little kids running wild. I prefer to do my laundry overnight at 24 hour laundry places. But I will go here again.

Most of the washers aren't even on and haven't been for a while. Trying to dry your close is an exercise in patience and luck because quite a few of them do not have any heat going to them. There is no attendant on duty so the place is a mess. There are no out of order tags so you can tag out a machine so other customers don't waste money ( probably exactly why, so they can get a few more quarters).
