The lady there was very helpful and friendly. The place is clean. It has all the necessities you need for an exhilarating time, whether it's solo or with your partner. Definitely will be going back.

Another store with a poor return policy, selling items that have been opened and are damaged. Purchased an item here and discovered it was defective that same night, emailed the business that night, and got a response saying they could not refund me or anything. They want you to contact the company itself, which you then need to pay for shipping in order to get a replacement, essentially deflecting all fees of defective items onto the customer.Not to mention, the owner who got back to me is essentially a foreigner as they were speaking in broken English that was nearly gibberish. Probably Indian.I know what the response is going to be. They're going to claim I didn't do something right or that I'm silly for expecting a refund on an adult toy. It's easily predictable. I'm not trying to scam this business or anything. If I were trying to make money on returns I wouldn't be doing it at an adult store since they all have strict refund policies. The fact of the matter is that I received a defective item and they told me to get lost.

Love this place, people who work here are easy to talk to. Which is important when buying something private. Very comfortable atmosphere. Only con is it tends to be over priced.

Ppl are always friendly and helpful.when there was an item i found that i love i was looking for it and they didn't have any but the gentleman that was there was super nice and he offered to purchase some. The next time I went they had it... Not sure what else to say other than i usually make it a point to stop in whenever I'm in Manchester. No issues with the store or any of the people I've encountered there. They also have a tattoo shop on the other side.

Renee is fn amazing!!!Knows me on a one on one basis.Tough, intelligent,business savvy,lovely personality.That's off to Mike I've never met you but you have an amazing program where everything is spotless even the stairs going up to the entrance great job on the hiring all the good crew lovely people wouldn't go anywhere else.
