Working within the property management industry, you mostly see negative experiences being reviewd. I'd like to take a moment to really highlight these really beautiful apartments, and the amenities. Above all else, though, the on site staff is outstanding!!! Maddie, Lindsey & Matt are always so cheerful, warm and personable. Wether its helping me put work orders in, holding a package, or answering simple questions, the office team is top tier!

This apartment complex has some great ovens. Can’t make pizza like this without a good oven. I walked to market basket to get my ingredients to make my pizza in my good oven.

If you enjoy hearing your obnoxiously loud neighbors above you every evening while watching TV, being awakened by tapping water pipes anywhere from 3am-6am, or feel like the upstairs people are going to fall through the floorboards over your bedroom every morning when they wake up at 5am, then the Lofts at Mills West is for you! Specifically, A210! Believe me, you’ll love complaining to the property managers every week because you’re losing your sanity over the a-holes above you. They’ll say they’ll do something but obviously whatever the process is to try and quiet a noisy neighbor isn’t enough. Even the prior occupants told me the noise never stopped above and they couldn’t wait to leave. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent here, at least not this unit. And I’ll use this review as a big middle finger to the idiots above me.

Really nice structure of apartments, but I lived there for about 5 years, and unfortunately over the years the "luxury" aspect of the building disappeared. This was primarily because of the 1) animals urinating/bleeding around different parts of corridors/elevators 2) elevators ROUTINELY not working, 3) smell, 4) primarily college students from local colleges working there and 5) nearly doubling of the rent over the course of 5 year...ending around 3200.00 a month when I decided not to renew.I would recommend looking elsewhere

It’s a pretty place but maintenance takes days even when it is something crucial that needs to be fixed like AC when the weeks are in the 80s. Elevator is broken down atleast once every two weeks and is often seen messy on the inside ranging from strange liquids in there to trash, etc. They raise the rent a few hundred every term of your lease making it at unlivable prices.*I know someone who lives there and has been there multiple times to witness it for myself*

The property managers have no real authority and will offer you little to no assistance. Maintenance takes forever and if they do show up the job is never finished. We had a whole in our ceiling for a least a month. The building is not handicapped accessible and they treat disabled residents like second class citizens. Brady Sullivan is a corporate mess with equal rights issues

Broken elevator, dirty hallways, broken entrance door. The quality and functionality expected of an expensive rent and substantial increases starting when COVID pandemic force us to stay home. Do not move here

Lived here for a little bit now and I'm so impressed. The building itself is gorgeous and everything practically sparkles. The staff is professional, friendly, and quick to respond. All of my maintenance needs have been provided for. Bravo!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend anyone to rent these apartments. I helped my son and his girlfriend rent their first apartment together back in October 2021. It has been nothing but a huge headache with them living there along with a roommate. The apartment is 3 bedrooms 1 bath and only has 2 rooms with windows. There is not much natural sunlight in the apartment. They have the middle room with no windows. The management is not friendly and refused to listen to them when she accused them of having parties. The walls are paper thin and noise travels through vents where you literally can understand neighbors conversations. If you want to transfer to new apartment home here you have to provide another 1 month security deposit. The lease will end in October 2022 and it can't come fast enough for them to move out. Brady Sullivan Properties need to retrain their employees in customer service.

I had a great experience renting with Brady Sullivan until my wife and I needed to separate our living situations due to her penchant for calling the cops on me for no good reason. Brady Sullivan did not offer us options that would solve the issue and allow us to feel safe. As a result there is an apartment that will sit vacant until the lease is up. Brady Sullivan runs on policies and procedures. It doesn't prioritize the needs of people over its policies and procedures. I suggest you do not rent here if you want to be treated like a human being whose needs matter.

The apartments are nice, and it has nice amenities however they do not take care of this place. The management is friendly, and helpful with issues. The maintenence staff can be rude, and tempered. The dog parks do not get shoveled, and turn to ice. They plow the snow into the dog park so you can barley get in. They also do not plow the snow right away and you are going to have to shovel, and walk through the snow. If you live in the annex, people are not suppose to park against the fence, but they do, so sometimes you'll be stuck in your parking spot, unable to get out without moving it 300 times.Picture is from snow that occurred the day before, and didn't snow that day at all.

We've lived at Mill West for 1.5 years now, and we have no plans to go anywhere else. Our apartment is beautiful and has so much unique character to it - I love living in such historic surroundings. It's a great location, and we've been able to go down to one vehicle and save a lot on fuel costs. Everything's been in good working order, and the normal maintenance issues that come up have been handled well. There's all the normal things of apartment living (noises, smells, elevator repairs, etc.) that happen, and yes, it does in fact snow in New Hampshire, so there's coordination for snow removal. But it beats the loooong driveway I used to have to clear all by myself, and all the extensive maintenance of owning a home. The leasing staff has been responsive and helpful and we highly recommend Mill West.
