If you buy storage auctions steer clear of Prime. Most if not all units are Manager special/abandoned units. Have seen items from other units in their current auctions with more stuff added. They probably take the best stuff and stage the rest to get the most profit then on top of that want $200.00 for a deposit to make you take their crappy staged auction items. Just an fyi for anyone that does this for their lively hood. Don't support this untrustworthy business.

Kinda indifferent to this storage facility. Probably because I was only there to clean out a unit from an auction. Place seemed well kept and staff was friendly. Im only gripe was the $200 clean out deposit and the ridiculous hours of operation 10am to 6pm is not enough by any stretch and I thought my storage facility had horrible hours by closing at 8pm and 4pm on the weekends.

Walked in to rent a storage unit. Wasn’t sure of the space I would need. Taegue was professional and kind enough to show me the units. The process was easy! And the availability to access the unit is very accommodating! DEFINITELY recommend 10/10!

I just recently rented from Prime Storage in Manchester and noticed they increased my rent on my monthly storage a few months later. The increase was almost 50% from the advertised price of $70 a month to the "new" price of $120. It appears they use the low web price to get all units rented and once they've rented out all the units they steeply increase the rate. The craziest part about this is I didn't even recieve any notice of the rent increase. The only notice i recieved was for them not accepting cash payment anymore. This is shady business practices and borderline unethical. My recommendation to everyone is to avoid this company and seek other storage facilities for your needs. I'm moving out as soon as possible.

I have rented from Prime for at least a few years now, since the ownership changed. I have had nothing but positive experiences working with the staff here. I would visit frequently for packages my company required ship there, and everyone was always helpful! Some going over and beyond to help bring my packages to my car! To all of you that have helped me thank you!
Teague thank you for the help in closing out my unit! You not only emailed me the finalized documents, but called to let me know I was all set! Thank you!
Sadly I no longer need storage for work, but I would consider them again for any future personal needs! ?

I began the process to rent a unit but changed my mind before submitting and payment. Without hitting any confirmation, I was charged $46. I went in and requested a refund as I did not authorize any payment.
I’m still waiting for a refund. It was suppose to take approximately 5 days. That was almost two weeks ago. I now have to follow up and go in again. I’m not going to be happy if I don’t get my money back.

I have never had such an awful experience in my entire life . No one was around on the Saturday when I went to access the unit I rented , went back on Sunday and still no one around but I had a moving truck full of stuff so I called . The person who was off site was unbelievably rude . I tried explaining the sign in the door stated the person would be back at 12:55 and it was 1:30 and my unit was locked and I needed to access. The associate working called me back and when I said I wanted a refund stated they would only refund $17 of the $50 I paid for a unit I was never able to access as they have no one available when it’s supposed to be a manned site . I sent an email to the company and have heard nothing back. Literally the worst customer service and facility I have ever seen. I’m contacting the BBB
