In August 2024 we purchased 2 Sofas from Lazy Boy on south willow and had a very good experience. We came in with a very open mind and our salesperson Erich was exceptional in walking us through our options as our small child attempted to wreak havoc in their showroom. The couches were delivered ahead of schedule today and were really happy with what we received. It was a great experience outside the posted sign and I’m guessing franchise imperative to get like 20$ bucks off multiple thousands dollars of furniture to leave a 5 star review here which I think is shady, unethical and frankly underwhelming.

Jonathan Merrill, from the Manchester, NH store, went over and above to help me out. While I was home sick, he emailed me exactly what he had in stock for furniture pieces that I requested. I paid over the phone and we had my husband pick up a recliner. I just now called to order a sofa which will be delivered to my home. La-Z-Boy furniture LASTS and is worth every penny. Sales folk like Jonathan make an already great purchase even greater. Highly recommend!

We had Chris come in and switch out some of the parts on our furniture. We were extremely happy with the customer service we received and had a great interaction (Even with our grandkids). He engaged in conversation and he pointed out some additional pilling that he felt should be addressed. We were very pleased with his professionalism and appreciate that he seemed to care about his work. He seemed like a very smart technician and knew exactly what he was doing.

Excellent experience shopping at the Manchester LAZBOY Furniture Galleries. Erich was very patient with us with selecting the chairs we wanted. In fact, we bought our sofa from them 5 years ago! Truly impressed with Malachi and Rich who delivered and set up our new chairs. Highly recommended!

Great experience from the moment I walked into the Manchester location and explained what I needed, to when Buddy and Rich delivered and setup my new recliner. They hauled a very heavy chair up a driveway too steep for the truck without complaint! Everyone was courteous and professional. Happy customer!
