My fiancé and I went in hoping for a upgrade to my engagement ring the beginning of February. Sam helped us when we first got there, we discussed things over and decided to come back when we were better prepared. Now just yesterday we got said ring we were hoping for just a couple weeks ago. Sam helped make this possible! He really did go out of his way to help us and make it feel so stress free and easy. We had a great experience with Kay’s and Sam leading the way!

Visited the Kay's Jewelers today in the Mall of NH.We were greeted and served by MaryBeth. She is the assistant manager.We needed to get all of the information about the last 3 purchases I made over the last 3 years.The Concord location was of no help.MaryBeth assured me she could get this all sorted out and that she did...Got all of my information changed, corrected and updated. She also cleaned and inspected my girlfriends jewelry, put in to have her diamond earrings repaired (clasp would not work), and even showed us a nice ring that we purchased.MaryBeth did an excellent job and should be commended!I recommend anyone to visit this location and have her help you with your next jewelery purchase...GREAT JOB MARYBETH!

My boyfriend bought me this beautiful 3 diamond necklace- I’m talking about eye catching sentimental kind of diamond necklace - from Kay’s- the clasp on this necklace is so tiny and a challenge to put it on myself and I have to get his help as well! I want to wear it everyday but I just don’t have the time or patience to put it on because of the clasp. I brought it here to see if they could somehow adjust it to make it easier to claps and they couldn’t!! Very disappointing!

I have been a customer for over 20 years. The management and sales staff have improved dramatically more recently. Sarah attended to my specific request. She found the perfect ring that was exactly what I had been searching for over the past several years. There were no high pressure sales tactics. I always purchase the jewelry protection plan. 15 years ago my Leo solitaire cracked and Kay’s had to replace it. Kay’s at the Mall of NH is definitely where I will shop for my jewelry.

Allen, Hailey and Josh could not have more professional, knowledgeable and all had a down to earth personalities. My wife and I both loved her new ring setting, and the ability to do that in the store.

Went in to get my ring inspected for my six months and Hailey was the one to help me. It was the first time in two years of having my ring inspected someone asked if I wanted to see bands. She also asked if I knew how to properly care for my ring which has never been asked if me before. Had a great time trying on rings and she gave me a great experience!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I really can’t comprehend how they can “lose” a ring. In a matter of 3 days from when it was received to the store to me picking up, and with 2 days of zero communication on whether or not it’s been found either. It’s heartbreaking to know the ring my husband proposed to me with is now gone with no explanation. Buyer beware and steer clear from chain jewelry stores.
