5 stars for Tristan at the location in the Mall in Manchester. We lost my child’s brand new eyeglasses while shopping in the mall and were checking the toy store. Tristan at the cash register helped us look, even getting on the floor to check under shelves which was not expected but very appreciated! We didn’t find the glasses but I left my phone number and the next day Tristan called to tell me the glasses had been found in the store! Thank you so much Tristan for your help and kindness!!

Terrible experience. The cashier was extremely rude to a couple of young girls just beside us as we approached the register who were touching a sample of slime (“please don’t pick that up it’s for parents to poke” were her exact words, which I doubt is the intention of that sample) and then turned her wrath on us by responding to our request not to have a bag by saying it was required to have a bag … When I doubted the accuracy of that statement and replied that I really didn’t think we needed the bag, she told us she could refuse us the sale due to our insistence on not wanting the small plastic bag (unlabeled mind you, not like it has a store logo or any other purpose why we would NEED to have it with our purchase). To me it seemed like she was just a power trippin young lady (named Bri).Ps. we called another location afterwards with a much kinder attendant named Ryan who said it was no rule he was aware of.P.p.s. We went over to another store and got twice the putty for half the price - where they also had an array of testers - called Showcase. (Ironically, they don’t even offer plastic bags, and didn’t mind us not needing one). The cashiers there were kind and what one would expect to experience in a kids toy store. ✨ seek and you will find ✨if it is company policy that 1 individual item (that is going to opened moments upon exiting the store) must be bagged, I suggest the owners reevaluate. If that’s not the case, they may want to speak to their sassy cashier who is losing them business by the minute (we weren’t the only ones walking out of the store due to her attitude by this point). Onlookers were appalled, as were we.The only thing we are sure of is that we won’t be back.

Stopped by at around 1045 am and the store was open but no employees? Wanted to buy something for my son and rang the bell that was on the counter multiple times but still nobody. A lot of customers walked in and everyone could have just walked out without paying, it's a really strange business strategy.

They have a good selection of games and board games targeting multiple age ranges. They're pretty reliable.

Worst customer service ever. They refused to sell me a plush and her fat 2 nasty friends were sitting on the counter. Disgusting behavior from a disgusting person.

Went in to buy Lego's for my grandson. The salesperson is on the phone not paying attention to me. She finally looks at the only customer in the store (me). I Ask her if she has LEGOs she says no (she's still on the phone) I ask her if she has anything a 5 year old could build, she tells me blocks! (She's still on the phone) I left. I was the only person in the store and was ready to make a purchase. She couldn't have been bothered more.

Grabbed something from the top shelf not seeing the signs. Lady came over and said there were signs. We apologized said we didn’t see them. She made a snarky remark about seeing them. We then a few minutes later pointed to a game on the top shelf and she told us to leave very angrily and rude. Won’t be coming back. Get better employees Who are actually nice and won’t treat there customers horribly

I ordered a game from Josh's Toys and Games in August. It was never shipped to me. I wanted to support a small business rather than buying a game from Amazon, so this is really disheartening. I have REPEADILY tried to contact customer support and Josh. I have submitted things on their contact form on their website, called multiple of their in store locations, and messaged them on Facebook. No response, no help, nothing. The people in the store say Josh is the only person to help me but I have received no response from my probably 15 attempts of contacting customer support. It just sucks, my girlfriend isn't a card game person but we played one that she liked and I wanted to order it for us to play. I just want the game or a refund. I don't think that is too much to ask for.

We literally walked into the store, threw away a coffee cup from a cafè, and a lady started yelling at us. She threatened to call security. We left the store and she chased us out of the store with the coffee cups and tried to make us throw them away. We refused so she just threw them in the trash and said we were so rude and disrespectful. Go to FYE, Icing, Boxlunch, or Hot Topic. They actually have friendly workers and let you throw things away in there.
