I have been a customer with joe for over ten years. Always great service. My wife recently got into an accident through no fault of her own. The insurance process was handled quickly and professionally. I was especially impressed with Jen, who answered questions and, if required, investigated the situation and quickly got back to us with the information we needed. Kept up the great work, Jen.
