This morning I went to class already having done (according to my Fitbit) 87 minutes of intensity, after Megan's class it went up to 186 minutes. I'd say that is quite the workout!

I have been going to Jazzercise for several years; and it is truly the best part of my day. It is a great place to work out but more importantly for me it is a fun place to work out. They have a wonderful group of instructors who inspire me; and I have met and become friends with some great women in my class. I only wish I had known about it so much sooner.

I initially joined Nashua Jazzercise for a brief time in 1989 and then rejoined Manchester Jazzercise right after Christmas 1999. 17 years later, Jazzercise has helped me to be healthier and to be able to maintain a 30-pound weight loss since 2001. I've made enduring friendships and received a lot of support from instructors and fellow students as I manage health challenges. Thank you, Susanne and the gang!
