These people totally dropped the ball and screwed me!!!When preparing my taxes I opted for direct deposit. The tax preparer typed in the wrong account number(missed 2 numbers).Because of that my The direct deposit is rejected and I’m being sent a paper check instead. Now the refund I was supposed to receive yesterday 3-20-24 is going to take to 4-6-24No one had the initiative to contact me to correct the situationYou get what you pay for! save yourself the headache and aggravation and use H&R Block

Gene is one of the most wonderful people I’ve ever met. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable and to get the most out of your tax return. He is truly someone who enjoys what he does and has some amazing life stories he will share with you. My grandparents have been loyal customers of his for as long as I can remember and I have followed in their footsteps.
