Was not happy about time it took! Had 1pm appointment for 5000 mile service which is basically tire rotation and fluid check . Took over 2 hours for 1/2 hour of work ! Time and tech should be set aside for these kind of appointments!

Worked with Nick to trade in, and upgrade to a new 2024 Tacoma. Nick was incredible - no pressure sales, went through all the options and checked in to gauge where I was at with features, pricing, and payment options. Went above and beyond my entire time at the dealership - regularly checking in during the paperwork, approvals, etc. Couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Nick; and the new Tacoma! Ask for Nick!

Working with Rommel was great!! Easiest car buying process! Knew exactly what I wanted and I didn’t even have to tell him. He did his best with working with my budget. Overall everyone in the building was very friendly and helpful! 100% recommend!
Update: Service dept was awesome Angeline made sure my car got taken care of that night even though it was supposed to be left over night!!! Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience with Nick Keifer who helped us purchase our 2024 Toyota Venza. From the moment we walked into the dealership, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect vehicle for my needs. This was the best dealership experience me and my husband have had in a very long time. We worked with Fran Gomez who was not pushy at all, was very transparent about the pricing and the history of the vehicle we looked at, and answered all our questions. The vehicle just wasn’t exactly what we wanted right now, but his business card is NOT one we want to loose. We hope to come back in the future for a purchase! The manager was also very informative and educational about hybrid cars, he was also not pushy at all. Very positive experience overall!

Saturday morning of the Labor Day weekend, I started my day looking to get my Toyota Highlander Platimum AWD serviced for its 5k mile first service. I was pleasantly surprised that Ira Toyota of Manchester NH had a few openings. I picked the earliest I could get and drove to the be there 5 mins early to my appointment.
After a brief wait, the service advisor greeted me and I explained that all I needed was a simple first service and there are no problems with the vehicle. A minor rattling was there but the service advisor mentioned a video is needed to troubleshoot and fix. I promptly said, I can do that for my next service. I was assured that it was an oil change and some technical inspections is what will be done.
I head off to the waiting area and I was told it may take a couple of hours. Assuming they are backed up, I agreed to wait and got on to read a newly purchased book. The wait was huge and I got anxious a bit. It took 3.5 hrs for someone to come and tell me what was going on. Meanwhile, among many customers waiting, I notice a middle-aged customer talking to someone in the offices,
My service advisor (SA) walks in to talk to someone else, and I was acknowledged. Here is my first conversation.
Me: Hi, it’s been a while. Is it because there are some jobs that are taking more time?
SA: Yes, that generally happens.
Me: Ok.
SA: I appreciate your patience.
Me: Smiles
30 mins go by.. The middle-aged man gets called to say he is all set.
SA: What is your last name?
Me: I mention it
SA: Ok. Let me check up on your car.
~25 mins go by and here is my second conversation:
Me: Hi
SA: I appreciate your patience
Me: What is happening? Why did the other gentleman get taken care of before me? He walked in 1.5 hrs after me.
SA: Your car is in a different part of the shop and is taking time.
Me: But it is just an oil change.
SA: I will check and let you know.
I am wondering what part of the shop floor is that where my car cannot go and get an oil change done. ~15 mins go by and I get an alert from my car that the windows and the front hood are open. SA walks by 5 mins later and talks to another customer that both of us are being taken care of and we should be out of IRA Toyota soon.
15 mins past: SA comes by and says the car is ready.
Me: That is great. Why did it take so long for my car to get serviced?
SA: I am sorry it took long. Your car was just in another part of the shop. I appreciate your patience.
Me: Clearly, you don’t appreciate it. Why should my car be in another part of the shop? It does not seem like a good system in place.
SA: I know and my apologies. Is there anything I can do to make it right?
Me: No. I hope this does not happen again.
SA: Please give us another chance and look me up. I will make sure you have a better experience here.
Me: Sure, thank you.
SA: good night
See the underlined times that proves my experience at IRA Toyota Manchester’s service section. It took 5.5 hours of waiting for just a 40 minute job. If they were backed up, I would not have an issue waiting for an hour more than 40 mins but this took way too long.

Ira toyota is on the top for services and quality, my service guy Prance was super realistic for time and expectation of my cars 15k service. Respect due to the sales team there as well. Can't forget all the finance options and warranty.

After waiting 2 hours for my scheduled appointment, I requested an update. Only then did they move my car to the service area. They only attended to it for 15 minutes.
5th attempt to get fabric product that was to be in the car at purchase. Still undelivered

Fabulous service. Nick and Angelina were terrific. Nick was my tech and Angelina is my service writer. I had the privilege of being in the shop while my 4Runner was being serviced. As a retired shop teacher, I can spot a good shop and crew from a long way away, as far as I am concerned this service center really is top flight. Thank you so much to the whole Ira family.
