The Team at Inception have been great to work with. Lindsay Eisan has worked with my staff and I to create best practices for optimal utilization of the Cloud based technology. As City Clerk charged with records retention, Inception Technologies has helped optimize answering FOIA requests and is allowing us to store a century worth of documents without taking up any more physical space in City Hall. Our city has stored tens of thousands of documents so far with many more to come. Lindasy and Co. have continued to offer virtual and in person training for my staff which has been the key to our success using this technology. I would recommend them to everyone.

The supervisor Brianna was a bit ham handed in her actions and always drinking coffee and I was always afraid she will spill food and drinks on the documents, some of the other workers seem very unprofessional wearing hoodies and pajamas to work and are very rude and I wouldn't be surprised if some of them were on drugs. Some people were professional and nice but they need to get rid of the bad employees which I doubt will happen lol. Overall not a nice place to work for rude and unprofessional employees with an uncomfortable environment so I would not recommend working here I guess...
