Slow Flow on Sundays with Chelsy is awesome. She’s well prepared with a choreographed set of flows and wonderful meditation. October 29th was exceptional!!! Love the new no heat studio, too. Humble you’ve changed my life!!

I was never a " yoga" person, much less hot yoga!! After being in a deep depression after losing my brother, my husband got me a month membership! It's changed me for the better not only physically but more importantly, mentally. Some days are still a struggle, but the community at humble make it so much easier
