We filed our business taxes through this office using Janice for two years. At fist everything went smooth and efficient, however when the time came to purchase a home, it was brought to our attention that we owed the IRS $9,000!! After calling and being transferred over and over again we found the woman who filed our taxes made some serious mistakes and they could not correct the issue, and we need to contact the IRS.... yeah right! Have you ever tried to contact the IRS? HR block cannot do anything to assist in resolving the issue one of their specialists caused. Thier no audit guarantee should come with a no assistance to fix screwups guarantee also. Thank you HR BLOCK, you have royally screwed my family.
