Showed up 5 minutes early for my apportionment to find out it had been canceled, no reason provided. Caught an attitude from the receptionist when she asked me what my appointment was for, implying that I wouldn’t be able to pay $50 for a tax professional’s time. I was told to call the customer service line, since there were no available time slots for walk-ins. When I commented that this process isn’t made easy for the customer, she replied “no it’s not.” Horrible customer service.
