Tax keeps getting rejected by irs. Contacted H&r block corporate and was told that this location is not properly accredited with the IRS which is why everyone is getting rejected.

Worst experience I've ever had.Certain "older" tax experts at this office should retire. I'm pretty understanding but this is too much. I've been correcting mistakes throughout the process. Her forgetfulness is too advanced for a professional setting. Her communication skills are worse. I'll pay extra just to be done with this painful experience. You wouldn't believe me if I told you. Maybe HR Block again, but definitely not this Tax Professional.

Employee was from other location and was in a rush even though I was early. Worst return I have ever had to this day even though this is the highest paying job I have ever had and they wanted to charge extra for a standardized tax form that everyone should be including in their taxes. Will not be returning every!

They lost my taxes and they never called me. After 4 weeks I went in person picked them up and will not work with them again. Worst service ever in all my years doung my taxes.
