“Our stay here was definitely an auspicious start to the New Year. We wish to add our voices to the chorus of guests who have enjoyed a perfectly harmonious time at this wonderful Inn.Challenges and obstacles are inescapable in the 'outside' world. Yet Margit and Rob have the extraordinary capacity to create an environment that is finely tuned and supportive in all ways, welcoming, warm, bright and delicious (breakfast :-). May it be a peaceful and joyful year for the Inn and all future guests!Rooms: Room 208”

“We came here for the NH coin expo. Based on my past experiences in DoubleTree hotels I did not have high expectations. This was much better than any DT ive stayed at in the past. It definitely shows some of its former self (Radisson), which I enjoyed as we don't have many radisson hotels in the Northeast. The rooms were very nice, especially the pictures of local landmarks on the wall. We were on the 9th floor and had a great view of the city with the mountains in the background. The bathroom was great, our only complaint was the lack of a microwave but that is not uncommon these days. The parking was priced well compared to similar hotels. The expo center was a large open space. We had a great time and will definitely come back next year.Rooms: Modern rooms. Large TV, nice bathroom, great art on the walls. Nice shades and lighting. Couch was a bonus.Nearby activities: Restaurants, activities, shnu arena all in walking distance.Walkability: Located right downtown Manchester. There are a lot of restaurants, banks and activities in walking distance.Food & drinks: There is a bar/restaurant on site. Good menu, modern and nice.”

“Stayed for business and would stay again. Decent hotel with clean rooms. Nothing fancy but it's a fair price. The front desk staff was nice and helped me out when I forgot a toothbrush.Rooms: Clean and simple”

“Have stayed twice in the last 2 weeks.both for a cpl days.pro's, location, half decent breakfast.free coffee all day.complimentary cookies 4pm until they last.beds are middle of the road.heat/is up to par.quiet both times I stayed.front desk and just about everyone is friendly. Cons: as stated we thought we would have pool access. W 2 kids it was selling point.sadly closed for maintenance. Hot tub was not.offered for us to use pool in bedford....no, not driving that far to use a hotel pool.guest laundry I feel coulda been slightly cheaper.but I get it.game room was not worth checking out aside from the pool. My biggest complaint was one last that worked on the kitchen crew and I assume house keeping.ear length hair, shorter.you will know exactly who I speak of because she will give you the dirtiest look everyday whenever you walk by.rather by yourself,w your kids, getting breakfast, entering or exiting the hotel....this lady wants you to know she despises you.i get it.im sure she sees a lot of crazy stuff.but zero reason for the attitude given.was kinda a on going joke everymorning at breakfast .National guard, vacationers, professionals and I'd assume retirees would all ask what that was about while plating up breakfast.just really someone who despises their job and apparently the ppl that stay their that gives buisness so she can have a job.very sad.every other staff from front to housekeeping to maintenance was polite and very professional. not one to gripe about something like this.but it made my wife,2 kids and myself feel very uncomfortable/unwelcome.yet those working with her were very friendly.i won't end this on a bad note.but the evil eye alone is why I'm not leaving a 5 star.on a positive note, the gym was well stocked w dumbells and cardio equipment. no bench.but honestly more than enough. I Do enjoy staying there and will again hope maybe this individual works behind the scenes and not in the eyes of the public.very unwelcoming”

“The stay was pleasant. The rooms seemed clean and recently renovated. The TV in my room didn't have all the streaming feature other rooms had, which was a bummer, and when I called the front desk about it, there was nothing they could do. The common areas are nice clean there is a game room a gym and a pool but no sauna. The restaurant is ok. The soup was cold and microwaved, and everything seemed to be frozen. The rooms overlook a parking lot and a gas station and can get loud at times. All the rooms have even numbers, which was a bit confusing at first, but that could just be my dyslexia.Rooms: The room was good it had an annoying blue clock I had to unplug and a really bright nightlight in the bathroom. Also it had workout equipment in the room which is fine.”

“Exceptional service from the team at comfort Inn Airport. They were proactive and made sure we were all set for our travel. I have rarely seen a hotel customer service of that quality in the last couple of years. We left our car in the parking lot and I was absolutely not worried about safety. Abby arranged our airport transport both ways: flexible, quick and easy. Very friendly place, happy staff, clean room, comfortable bed, but most of all, the customer service we had from reservation date to departure date was amazing. I definitely recommend and will come back.”

“Was in town during the Boston marathon and everything was sold out. Flew into the Manchester Boston airport with a late arrival. We decided to stay here since it was close to the airport. Everything was easy at check in. The staff was nice and friendly. The room had a large refrigerator , stovetop , microwave and dish sets. They even had gluten free muffins and little individual boxes of almond milk at breakfast. They were doing some renovations on the 3rd floor but it didn't bother us. Ok for a night stay.”

“This motel far exceeded my expectations. Building has a neat historical Manchester vibe inside and out. Beds were comfortable, rooms had everything we needed including a refrigerator. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was exactly as described. Only real downside was the soundproofing. Not really a concern for us (party of 4 in two rooms) but if you’re sensitive to that it’s worth considering.”
