She is patient, professional, knowledgeable about products and eager to provide a comfortable and smooth shopping experience. She easily picked up on features we found important (great listener) and was able to guide us to the items that meet those requirements.

“In August 2024 we purchased 2 Sofas from Lazy Boy on south willow and had a very good experience. We came in with a very open mind and our salesperson Erich was exceptional in walking us through our options as our small child attempted to wreak havoc in their showroom. The couches were delivered ahead of schedule today and were really happy with what we received. It was a great experience outside the posted sign and I’m guessing franchise imperative to get like 20$ bucks off multiple thousands dollars of furniture to leave a 5 star review here which I think is shady, unethical and frankly underwhelming.”
