Horrible rental experience. Avoid at all costs. Initially I booked a Tesla and was informed they have sold half their fleet so I would need to pick a different car, this happens all the time! Ok no problem not a big deal. In addition nowhere to park your car at the facility and was told to park my car down a random side road, not good practice. Lastly I returned the car 2 days early and was told I would be reimbursed for those charges only to be charged the full amount. I called customer services and they said no partial refund could be given. Horrible experience from start to finish I will never use Hertz again.

Needed a car for the day while my windshield was being replaced. Scheduling was easy, except I somehow didn’t realize I needed to get from the glass shop to the rental lot. Apparently I was counting on teleportation. Called at the last minute and they came and picked me up. The usual upsell game was low pressure and polite and the lady working the counter was super personable. The car was clean and return was quick and easy.

Amazing rental experience at this location! I reserved for the wrong week, they quickly fixed my error, and once I got my car, both people onsite help me understand how to operate the Tesla I rented. Thanks guys! My boy was super happy.

After spending way to much time on the phone with these people and going over the FINAL AMOUNT OWED... But the time I got the (not even 10 mins later) the price went up $250 in hidden fee's. What a waist of time. The lady at the desk was also rude.

Manchester NH Location: Long story short. go to another company. they are rude and if their tire goes flat because of a plug in their tire they will not pay for the replacement nor send another vehicle. So you're stuck paying for it. And they have zero insurance you can buy to cover that. jerks.

I rented a Large SUV from this location in August 2023 and Sue went up above and beyond to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The check in and returned of the vehicle was painless and easy. Thank you Sue and Staff for the exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend this location.

Sue went above and beyond when I needed a rental ASAP due to my car unexpectedly requiring repairs. The repair shop wasn’t great about giving me updates on when my car would be ready, and she understood and worked with me. Throughout the whole process, Sue was kind, helpful and professional.

I would not recommend. I called them because I wanted to rent a car. Had to contact the reservations line and got bounced around. and gave me little info of what I needed to rent the car, then wouldn’t take a debit/credit card from my business to pay for rental. only major cc which they don’t tell you.very unprofessional!!! and not really happy with the service and all the hidden fees. needless to say I will not be renting from them again. the lady in the Manchester office was ok but the guy I spoke with a couple times not happy. with the information felt like I was bothering them from the moment I picked up the vehicle to the moment I dropped it off. Hertz needs to enroll these people to a customer service class on how to treat their customers with respect and dignity. I was going to start renting a car every weekend but with this experience I’m all set.

I made a reservation with this location a month in advance for a week long rental. The day before I'm scheduled to pick up, I receive a message from a representative named Sue, who informs me that my Tesla Y is no longer available. Called the branch back was put on hold for 5 minutes, then hung up. Called back again, was put on hold again for another5 minutes. Called back a third time and was told by a male representative, who mumbled his name, that the reservation shouldn't have went through. This location didn't offer a solution or another option for the inconvenience, even after I asked. He just said it was a busy weekend because of the car races, and insinuated I was simply out of luck.Terrible customer service.

awful, reservation went through, called day before to state it should have never happened. Best thing they could do was just cancel the reservation. Will never use, Hertz demonstrated horrible customer service.

Reserved in advance for an extremely important week because my car was having issues. Got there for pick up and was told $500 deposit for debit card use that my Credit score had to be a least 700. I am now completely stuck! Never again will I deal with or recommend this company!
