It's been awhile since I've been to this shop and I liked it. However, I've driven 1/2 hour twice now to shop and both times it's been closed. The 1st time, I went by the website hours and found winter hours listed on the door, even though it is now mid April. The 2nd time, I went by the hours posted on the door. The sign in the window said they're open, but the door was locked. I even called the shop before I drove there to not waste time and gas, but I got the answering machine that said the hrs are 11a-3p. It is now 1:30p and they're closed. Very disappointed. ?

The owner is the nicest! Greeting every one as they come in.. you can find some hidden treasures. And everything is marked down! She'll give you a great deal.. most affordable and adorable gifts.

Such a fun unique place in downtiwn New Hampshire. We were welcomed by 2 amazingly nice employees that had great suggestions on where to tour and eat.

I'm seeing a whole lot of negative reviews on here which is a total surprise to me as I had an incredibly pleasant shopping experience. The cashier who was working today was positively the sweetest woman I had ever met and the whole store looked like a cozy, country treasure set! Be sure to stop by and check out some of the crafts at With Heart and Hand when you find yourself on elm.
