Pressed 5 for wash and it went to quick wash. The machines need to be fixed owner is never here or responds to emails as the ladies here do not speak english so they are not ever helpful when I have a issue! Place is ridiculous!

It seems that since the prices have increased at this laundromat, you should be able to fix all of the out of order machines. It is very difficult to do your laundry when 1 of the 2 vtm machines are out of order, 50% of the washer are out of order, 25% of the dryers are for “employees only” and another 25% of the dryers are out of order. The washers are also covered in detergent and bleach from previous users. These machines do not clean themselves, the employees should be cleaning them out every day.Adding to my post… wrote the first half while my clothes were in the dryer…. Just took my clothes out of the dryer to find a crayon left behind by the previous customer who didnt check their kids pockets. Half of my clothes were ruined. I brought this to the attention of the worker and showed her my ruined clothes and she immediately ran around me to check the dryer and clean it but did nothing else. Didnt offer me a free wash to clean my ruined clothes, didnt even appologize or say one word to me. Never going back

They like to steal people stuff when you drop it off for them to wash they have stolen a sweatshirt and they have stolen my mom’s blankets and her dress they are horrible

It used to be great however now that half of the dryers are out of order and the prices for washing have risen astronomically it's not worth it. I can't even get my laundry done in a pinch here but it's the only laundromat close to my apartment building.

Rude staff, half the dryers do not work and the washers are always still full of other's detergent and hair. Had been coming here for 7 years out of convenience until a newer attendant told me I was lying over dryer time (my clothes were still soaked and she said I had only paid for 6 minutes when I had literally gotten 60 minutes for free).

Washers and soap is a bit pricey but the free dryers almost make up for it. They say free wifi but that is not true.

Smart owners. Let's just say I pay $4 total to do my laundry where I live. And it gets done clean and dry.but sometimes I have to go elsewhere I went here $12 later. Not bad for them.
