I recently had my car repaired at Key Collision in Manchester, and I was very happy with their attention to detail, and the way they kept me updated on the work being done. The friendly staff got my car back to me more quickly than expected, and the car looks great!I certainly would recommend their service to my friends and family!

Hit a deer earlier this month and had my car repaired at Key. From the first interaction with staff to the last…absolutely perfection. Took the time to keep us informed of the progress and informed us of when it would be ready. Car came out better than we ever could have hoped for. THANK YOU! Would recommend Key to anybody!!

Looked for this place because most of the places near where I live were incredibly overpriced so we went hunting for reasonable shops. I didn't go in for much, just for some grille/fender work but I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, their honesty, and the speed/quality of their work. If I ever need cosmetic work on my car, I'll definitely be coming back.Services: Painting

This place is a joke. Please, please just stay away. Too long to explain in a review. I had a horrible experience from the beginning to the end. The people are inexperienced and incompetent!!! If you value your property, you will go elsewhere. I was at the point of contemplating standing out front with a signs trying to turn people away!!

Hit a deer last fall. Went here as it was recommended by Geico. Chewed through my 30 day rental waiting for parts (truck was still drivable, I would have driven my own truck while they waited for parts and been in the rental a few days vice a month). Got the truck back, replaced headlight is not OEM quality, panel gaps were TERRIBLE. Pointed this out and they “fixed” a gap in the inner fender by driving a self tapping screw into the fender then telling me “a fastener was missing” where one didn’t even belong. (I removed the fastener to confirm there was a new hole created by the fastener that was not factory) And the bumper gap was still way off. Note they also replaced the AC condenser on the front as it was slightly bent. Fast forward, turn the AC on for the first time come spring, AC doesn’t work. Bring it to the dealership and they said the condenser was leaking, $1040 to fix.Save yourself the aggravation and with all the options for auto repair out there, AVOID this place. Sure the place may have been willing to “make it right” but after seeing their repair with a self tapping screw in the fender, I no longer trusted them to touch a power wheels let alone my truck again.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this shop. I came to them after a collision. They kept my car for a month, they did not start working on my car until 3 weeks into the month. Every time I called to check in on repairs I got the run around and many excuses. They said they would call with updates, they never did. They did not fix any of the internal issues, they only fixed cosmetic issues. Instead of admitting that they messed up the repair they did the work around to tell my insurance that it was not related to the collision. There was no noice before the collision...how is it not related? Staff is extremely unprofessional, if I messed up this much at my own job I would be fired.

Not impressed, had to go back and have them adjust trunk, and re-attach trim that came off a week or so after picking it up from them.
