Lady kicked me out as soon as I walked in cause I “parked incorrectly”. It was 10am on Saturday 2.24.24. I didn’t know she worked for the town parking division and GameStop at the same time.

Trash experience, ordered online and go to pickup when the receipt says I can and the guy says I can't have my Xbox. Had to pay with debit in person after already being charged online. Get home and the preowned Xbox is just tossed in a box, no packaging. Controllers joysticks mashed, Xbox scratched up and is absolutely disgusting filled, I mean filled completely with dust and junk. Its horrendous, returning this immediately.

It’s funny how GameStop can sell third-party docking system and controllers for a Nintendo switch, but yet will not take one as a trade to then purchase a new one from that same store… Very disappointed purely because I’ve been a pro member for over 15 years and I’ve updated all my systems through GameStop But when it comes down to people, not wanting to help, they hide behind “policy“ I will be taking my business to another place

Have gone to the store 10 separate times and they either close early or shut down not open at all. I have given them about four months to fix this and they are still deciding when they want to be open I work nights I can’t afford to deal with a store in employees who don’t know who do their job

Google told us this store was open at 10am, the sign on the door says 10am as well. Arrive at 10:45am and store was completely locked up even though the lights were on inside. Called the store, no answer. Disappointed, this store needs to change their hours on google, storefront, and keep their customers updated. We understand the world is short staffed but do better please.

Never Open. They've changed their hours from 12pm-7pm (handwritten and not up to date on google). But even then they can't stay open. Showed up at 5:30pm and another handwritten note was posted saying they couldn't get help. How sad is it you can't get an employee to work a 7 hour shift?
