Zero post sales support. Ordered one of those fancy Toto toilets, but when it was delivered the seat didn't fit right, in addition one of the parts was broken. Reached out via email, to no response. It was around the holidays so I figured I'd wait. Called and was told I'd get a call back the next day. No call. Popped into the store and the associate was busy with someone else, left my # with the front desk and never got a call back. The reason for going to a local brick and mortar store is to get help locally if it was needed. It was needed, and I basically got ghosted. I won't use FW Webb again because they are basically non-responsive to fixing anything post sale.

Lots of products on display. Nobody available to help. You lost thousands of dollars in sales by not "contacting me when you had free time" as you promised. I am extremely disappointed.

Website isn't clear.. I was looking for a part for my heater.. website said the supply and showroom were open until 3 on a Saturday. I drove all the way over there with my 4 year old daughter because I was happy I found a plumbing supply place open on a Saturday... Apparently only the showroom is open until 3.. the supplies side was closed. If there are 2 'locations' there should be 2 separate lists of hours. Website doesn't specify the hours listed are for the showroom only.
